Bäckereien und kleine Lebensmittelläden) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; unkomplizierte (Dauer-)Parkmöglichkeit direkt unter dem Gebäude; die nächsten Supermärkte in 3-5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen; einfache Zu- und Abfahrt Das Appartment ist hervorragend und neuwertig ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Küchenaustattung mit allen denkbaren Geräten, Geschirr bis hin zu verschiedenen Arten von Weingläsern); es ist sehr ruhig (auch abends auf der Terrasse) und (bei der Hitze anfang Juli nicht unwesentlich) besitzt eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage; man hätte suchen müssen, um etwas zu finden, was nicht vorhanden ist Darüber hinaus waren sowohl Ankunft als auch Abreise extrem unkompliziert"

"L'Appartement is very well located to all interesting venues to visit in Beaune. It is well presented and in a quiet location. We loved the garden. The kitchen has everything you could want for catering to eating in. The hosts communicated well and we were pleasantly surprised and most appreciative when Yvon picked us up from the train station and drove us to the apartment. The delicious bottle of Burgundy wine was a lovely welcome."

"All the basics were there - spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious, well appointed. The air conditioning was appreciated in the hot weather. Above this, the apartment was managed by the owners with great care. Quality glassware, crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances made it a pleasure to stay. This was the best apartment of our month's stay in France by a long way and a credit to the owners."

"This apartment location is excellent, within one hundred metres of the town. It is very comfortable and well appointed, especially the kitchen. A small terrace is perfect for lunch, afternoon tea or drinks. The apartment complex is very well secured with key access only. Parking under the complex was available to us for a small daily fee."

"The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer. A clothes drying rack is provided however and this can remain outside undercover. Nevertheless an dryer would be beneficial. A wine fridge is available for use, but it is located in an inconvenient location in the kitchen."

"The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped, it had more cooking equipment and utensils than we have at home, and all of very high quality. There were also plenty of useful condiments provided in the cupboards. The outdoor terrace was peaceful and perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The location was perfect, close enough to walk from the train station and then just around the corner from the centre of town."
