"The property is very nice, seems to have been recently renovated. Rooms are clean and sheets are fresh but guests are to put the new sheets on - I guess to show/prove that sheets are clean and new for new guests. Toilet/bathrooms, both up and down, are nice and clean with hot and cold showers. Kitchen has beautiful long table with chairs, coffee machine, kettle, induction stove, fridge/freezer, cutleries, dishwashing machine. Only issue is the location - the journey to the location is quite eerie at night as there are not enough streetlights. Also, parking on-street is available."

"als wir draussen standen, fragte ich mich, was hab ich da wieder gebucht. Es ist ein altes denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude, aussen nicht renoviert.aber umso mehr war ich glücklich als wir drinnen waren! superschön in Ordnung gebracht, Einrichtung sehr originell, frisch. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, aber wir haben keine weitere Gäste gesehen. Bahnhof in der direkten Nähe, aber man hört nichts! Kaffee, Tee Info für Radfahrer: es gibt zwar keine vorgesehene Möglichkeit dafür, aber wir haben sie ins Treppenhaus geschoben und neben dem grossen Treppenaufgang hinter die Vorhänge gestellt (nur 1 Nacht)"

"Sehr ausführliche Informationen vorab und vor Ort. Lage ruhig in der Nähe des Zentrums. Wohnung gross mit 2 riesigen Terrassen nach Osten und Westen, gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Alle Zutritte elektronisch mit Fernbedienung, Chip und Code - aber Schlüssel gibt es zur Sicherheit auch noch."

"The apartment was bright, spacious and clean with a private garden. The suburban location was good being close to both Cannes and Grasse and with easy access to the A8 autoroute. if you have a car it was a good base to explore the Cote d'Azure. Emilie met us there with the keys and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped for a comfortable stay."
