"Super Haus mitten im Ort und trotzdem ruhig. Toll Ausgestattet. Bäccker, Metzger und Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Der Hausherr sehr nett spricht sehr gut englisch"

"Hübsches kleines Häuschen in günstiger Lage mitten in Saint-Viâtre, der Parkplatz war ebenfalls in nächster Nähe. Leider war die Boulangerie um die Ecke geschlossen! Alain ist ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Gastgeber und es fehlt an Nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"Loved everything amazing place with amazing views. Very peaceful & tranquil the property was very clean & comfotable. Had everything you would need. Alain was an excellent host & was very helpful with places of interest. This is our second time at the property & are returning later this year. Our dog loved the walk around the lake every morning with all the wildlife to view.There is also a fabulous bread shop opposite with fresh bread & pastries every day & charcuterie too"

Alain, the host, who is so welcoming and kind has made a cosy, simple yet luxurious house which is spotless clean and very well equipped. "La maison d’Alain a été refaite entièrement, c’est une maison neuve, qui comprend deux chambres. Elle est totalement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût . Les matelas sont parfais et la maison est au calme avec des nuits très silencieuses. La terrasse bénéficie de table, chaises, chaises longues et elle est bien exposée . Mais ce qui a le plus compté pour nous, ce fut l’accueil d’Alain , ses conseils, ses bonnes adresses, sa culture et son extrême gentillesse ! Merci pour tout Alain !"

"Sehr schöne Wohnung in einiger Entfernung, d.h. Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg, zum Zentrum von Collioure. Die gesamte, recht neue Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Die Servicekraft, welche uns die Wohnung übergab, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit genutzt und fanden dies daher sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung war recht umfangreich und qualitativ überdurchschnittlich für eine Ferienwohnung."
