"Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig. Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß Restaurants und Bars, Supermarkt, Bäcker und die Kathedrale von Rouen und die Seine. Das Appertement ist sehr neu, außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns überaus wohlgefühlt und sogar ein paar Einrichtungsideen abgeschaut. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern im Vorfeld informativ und freundlich. Es gab keinen direkten Kontakt vor Ort, hat aber alles einwandfrei geklappt."

"The property was above a restaurant, at night, it can be bit noisy if you are early sleeper. Its very hard to find free street parking nearby. We end up parking 15 mins walk away. We've got 3 ppl, so one of us need to sleep on the sofa bed, but the bed itself was bit broken."

"Great sized apartment in the heart of Rouen. Reasonably equipped kitchen, shower was great. Perfect location so easy to walk everywhere. After reading some horror reviews I was a little worried but it was terrific."

"Parking was in fact 100 metres away in an open air carparrk but we ended up parking in the underground carpark which was 16.50 euro a day. Staircase was a little tricky but reading the earlier reviews I was prepared for this"

"The hallway when you first enter the building is a bit rough and steep. As expected, the insulation is quite bad. If you come by car like us, parking will be a problem because the apartment does not have its own private parking, and there is no cheap and available parking nearby."
