"Ich durfte schon am Mittag in die Unterkunft. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich - die Vermieter sind direkt vorbeigekommen, um mir mit der Heizung zu helfen. Die Lage ist super - direkt am Rand der Altstadt und nahe zu klein Venedig. Bad war sehr schön, modern und groß."

"Es gibt kein extra Bett/schlafraum - nur eine Schlafcouch, was aber bequem war. Allerdings wäre eine zusätzliche bequeme sitzmöglichkeit gut - so sitzt man immer auf dem Bett. Dafür leider ein bisschen teuer."

"Durch die zentrale Lage, war es leider zum Teil auch spät abends noch sehr laut. Dadurch dass die Küche nicht abgetrennt ist und/oder sich Lokals rund um die Wohnung befinden, hat die Wohnung/die Textilien etwas nach Essen gerochen."

"Design is cosy and updated, location is fantastic. Right in the center of everything. Bathroom was no is modern and clean. There's a kitchenette and it comes equipped with a microwave. . The unit is at the ground level, so super convenient. If you are a light sleeper and sleeps early, you may be affected by the sound of people chatting as the unit faces the main street. But for me it was bearable."

"Perfect location, very cute, cozy apartment and very very clean. The host was very nice, too, replying very fast to our messages. She even gave us the apartment earlier than the check in time."

"The only thing I could probably add as negative is that there wasn't a bed but a sofa-bed, which was slightly uncomfortable compared to a normal bed. In general, we had a great stay though."

"It's right next to a busy street and some popular restaurants, however, it's very quiet inside. It's also very close to Petite Venice. It's relatively spacious and the sofa bed is comfortable. There's an air-con, which is a bonus feature during the hot weather. We left our jackets behind in the closet, and the owner sent the jackets back to us by post. We were delighted by such kind gesture."

We really liked the apartment: in the very center, very clean, everything is equipped to the smallest detail and modern, very quiet at night with the windows closed, the air conditioning works well and is quiet. For a couple 60+ , on the ground floor , it is exceptionally suitable. thanks for all. Colmar's 3-day visit was beyond all expectations. We hope to return here again, see you soon."

"I spent 10 days in Le coin 45 and it was perfect! Directly in the heart of the historic center with lots of restaurants and shops directly in front of the appartment. Easy check-in and friendly and reliable communication with the host! It is a nice small appartment and was very modern and clean. Everything as seen on the pictures and as described. I would definitely stay there again."
