"Perfekt! Sauber, ruhig, komfortabel und die Lage ist äußerst interessant. Wir haben hier leider nur einen stopover auf unserem Rückweg von UK nach Hause eingelegt. Aber wir kommen definitiv nochmal und bleiben länger als eine Nacht. Absolut empfehlenswert! Kleines Juwel abseits der Hauptwege."

"Spacious and well equipped property with its own private garden a drive. We spent a few weeks in France staying in several holiday homes/apartments along the way and this one was by far the best."
"My husband and I slept on the sofa bed to allow us to spend some time in the living space once our children had gone to sleep in the bedrooms. We found it a little bit uncomfortable but for children I think it would have been absolutely fine."
"We stayed here for one night before getting the channel tunnel so it was a great location. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family of 5. It was also nice to have a garden to use and to be able to park on the drive. We didn't have time to explore Watten but would happily return and spend a little longer here. Communication was great with the host."

"We spent a great fortnight at Le Watt‘else. The accommodation is well equipped and very comfortable. We encountered one minor issue which was promptly dealt with, despite the owners being on their own holiday elsewhere. Wattendam has the advantage of feeling very much like a rural location while being close enough to the road network to allow everything to be reached without stress."

"quick overnight to catch the ferry. So much nicer than staying closer to the ports. Had a lovely walk along the canal. Just bear in mind that facilities aren't nearby. Lovely little place."

"This is the second time of staying here. The house just feels like a home (in a good way). It is spotless and furnature is well built. Looking in the visitors book it is used constantly yet it does not feel that way as everything looks new. My grandson loved being able to play outside and having a shower."

"Cadre arboré au milieu des oiseaux, ressourcement total. Accès pieds dans l'eau en poussette, parfait pour les premiers pas de notre enfant. Cuisine extérieure fonctionnnelle. Maison de famille authentique qui me rappelle mon enfance, loin des maisons témoins sans âme que l'on voit partout. Lave linge et lave vaisselle très appréciables!"
"Fast ideal. Problemloses Einchecken, sogar früher. Sehr hübsches, sehr gut eingerichtetes, renoviertes Apartment in einem älteren Bau. Die Wohning geht nach hinten hinaus, es gibt also kaum Straßenlärm. Nur ca 10-15 min zu Fuß von der Metro entfernt. Parken in einer Seitenstraße auch außerhalb der blauen Zone möglich. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt es vor der Haustür."
"Nous avons passé un séjour du 19/09/25 au 21/09/25 dans cette maison proche du Puy du Fou. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un cadre champêtre, verdoyant et avons été charmés par cette maison de pierres. A l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, la propreté est irréprochable Le gîte est équipé d'un matériel de cuisine complet et récent. Le linge de toilette et les draps sont fournis. La propriétaire s' est montrée à l'écoute et trés dévouée . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et ne pouvons que la féliciter et la remercier. Nous recommandons fortement cette location."

"Evelyn und Christian waren sehr freundlich und vornehm zurückhaltend. Haben bei immer geholfen, wenn wir gefragt hatten, sich sonst aber zurück gehalten. Es ist alles vorhanden, W-Lan, Fernseher, Dusche, Fön, separates WC und vor allem eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Backofen ,Kühl und Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschinen (Filter und Pad), Pürierstab, Elektrogrill etc. etc. Einfach super!"
