"Der nette Empfang im alten Herrenhaus durch Claudette mit Crêpes und angegorenem Traubensaft. Das riesige Zimmer mit Baldachinbett und der freistehenden Badewanne im angrenzenden Badezimmer. Das unkomplizierte Upgrading, da im gebuchten Zimmer die Dusche nicht einwandfrei funktionierte. Das abwechslungsreiche, großzügige Frühstück mit Früchten, Joghurt, hausgemachten Marmeladen, köstlichem Brot, Croissants und täglich neuen Leckereien wie Lachs, Schinken, Käse oder Eierspeise. Das lockere "savoir-vivre " der beiden liebenswürdigen Gastgeber und Bruno mit seinen 1000 Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche."

"Der Aufenthalt bei Bruno und Claudette hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das historische Haus ist sehr einladend und mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war riesig und ruhig. Es gibt einen schönen, grünen Garten mit Pool. Das Frühstück war üppig und lecker. Ich habe mich noch nie zuvor in einen B&B so wohl gefühlt. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal."

"Arrived at the property and was greeted by the host who provided an explanation of the history of the property. It is a really beautiful house. The room was large and spacious and decorated tastefully with antiques. The room looked over the garden and the only sound was the song of birds. The bathroom was huge and clean the towels were large and soft - a rareity in France. Breakfast was copious and different each morning and featured local products and homemade yoghurts, jams, cakes and biscuits. Very much enjoyed our stay"

"House was lovely, hosts were very nice, nothing bad to say. Half an hour from Bordeaux city center. Bordeaux was a building site on the entry from the south and a bit challenging for a non native."

"When we arrived didn’t appreciate the gate would be closed. Best to message the owner and agree a time of arrival. If you want to eat there the food is pre made and needs warming up…not quite what we expected but was nice. There is a really nice restaurant about 15 mins walk away"

"Very spacious family room with a beautiful huge bathroom. The house is full of history and interesting objects. Nice swimming pool in the garden. Hosts are extraordinary kind people, who make you feel at home. Claudette makes an exquisite breakfast, different every morning, served at the highest standards. She even made pancakes every day specially for my son, who is very picky. We had to leave early morning and she and Bruno took care of our 'take away' breakfast."
