L'Essentiel à Nice

"Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat sehr viel Charme. (Altbau) Man bekommt richtig ein französisches Lebensgefühl. Kleiner Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Hübsche Einrichtung und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Perfekte Busanbindungen in die Stadt und Umgebung. Es ist aber auch durchaus möglich zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zu gelangen."

"Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sonderlich sauber (vor allem im Backofen). Der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist sehr klein und wackelt derart, dass man schon sehr aufpassen muss mit dem was man drauf stellt. Bei Waschbecken und Badewanne musste man auch Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit machen. Zudem fehlte, wie von einigen Vormietern schon erwähnt, der Duschvorhang, was einen dazu zwingt im Hocken oder Sitzen zu duschen."

"We only spent one night here but the apartment was beautifully maintained and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. They allowed us an early check in and also offered to look after our bags after check out so as we could spend another day exploring Nice without dragging our bags around."

"The location was fabulous located on Mont Boron with view to sea, port Lympia and palm trees and surroundings. Each morning was a celebration to hear the chirping of the local birds and open the windows and admire the view! Another thing I really liked was the location's esthetics, lots of historic splendid villas and a quiet neighborhood.I am sensitive to noise and looked for a quiet location. Owners were above and beyond to help me when needed so they even bought dinner for me on the arrival day, from the local Carrefour supermarket which is close by, perhaps 10 mins of walking."

"Did not expect the poor soundproofing of the apartment..Not owners' fault, the old villa's feature..But the families and people living there were decent and perhaps aware of this trying to keep noise level down."

"It felt a bit unsafe to walk home during the night. The shorter path from niceville had little to no lighting. Ofc nothing against the apartment, just something to think about. At the end everything turned out good!"
