"Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Große Küche und Aufenthaltsbereich. Sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc um die Ecke."

"Ein Minuspunkt, zumal es am Tag meines Aufenthalts im Januar 2026 aus allen Kübeln gegossen hat: Das Zimmer war auf der ersten Etage. Um auf die Toilette zu gehen, muss man außen am Haus die Treppe runtergehen zum Eingang im Erdgeschoss und dann auf die Toilette hinter der Küche, die weder Waschbecken noch Spiegel hat. Ich habe mir deshalb für die Nacht vorsichtshalber einen Eimer geben lassen. Das Bad mit Dusche ist im gleichen Gebäudetrakt wie Küche und Wohnzimmer und nur über eine Treppe erreichbar, die kein Geländer hat."

"Sehr gute Lage nahe der Altstadt von Beziers. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Betreiberin des Maison Debes. Sie kümmert sich liebevoll um alles. Bin mit dem Fahrrad verreist, das sie zur Sicherheit vor Diebstahl in einem separaten Raum einschloss. Super!"

"Das Wifi war einfach top! Sparsame, aber zweckmäßige und ansprechende Einrichtung. Gemeinschaftsbad/WC sauber und neu. Auch die große Küche mit der Sitzecke ein Hingucker. Freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin. Und der Preis ist sensationell."

"Das Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock, das Bad auch, allerdings ohne direkten Zugang (also Treppe runter, rüber, rauf). Und im WC im Erdgeschoß wäre ein Waschbecken nicht schlecht."

"Lovely family running the place, decorated with a lot of care, well equipped kitchen and absolutely spotlessly clean. Yes the toilet is some stairs down from the bedrooms but if that doesn't bother you I absolutely recommend to stay here. Could also store my bicycle in their garage. Really liked the place, good value for money!"

"Rooms are upstairs and common areas downstairs, stairs are outside, so to go to toilet at night for example you need to close your room, go outside, go downstairs, walk along the patio, open the common room door then walk across the kitchen or go inside upstairs again to the other toilet/bathroom. If you are fine with that, it's all good, kitchen and bathrooms and toilet are nice and clean everything works well, it's just how the building is set up so be prepared."

"I arrived in Beziers late at night and the host was very accommodating in facilitating late check-in. Really quaint room and shared space, very quiet neighbourhood and well located."

"Clean nice decour comfy bed. Good location. Radiator in the room so it's easy to be warm and set comfortable temperature. Warms up fast (winter time visit, I don't know about temperature in the summer). Curtains and double glazing doors so privacy and room isolation is good."

"Cold in the kitchen/living room area. Bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom/toilet/kitchen is downstairs and the stairs and OUTSIDE so walking out of the bedroom, closing with key, going outdoors through patio and stairs, opening kitchen area with the key etc...not very convenient for example during the night when you need toilet...it's not a problem if you are happy with that set up. You get what you pay for. Bedroom is decent, just quite basic furniture. Also bedroom easily gets stuffy so it's important to open the door and get the fresh air every day morning and evening."
