"Clean and comfortable hotel with very spacious family rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 12. We stayed 3 nights to use as a base to visit Puy du fort. Paid parking available across the road. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Fab breakfast with a cappuccino included on request which I greatly appreciated. Dog friendly."

"A very comfortable, spacious and clean room with modern refurbishment - the sofa and walk in wardrobe were nice extras. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods to choose from. "Great location, in the centre of town and close to restaurants. Nice that there is a free carousel in the town right outside the hotel. The kids loved it. Cheap parking . Really big room"
"When we arrived there were no staff around in the reception or the bar. After 10 minutes I ended up calling the hotel to get someone’s attention. There are not water bottle refill stations. Breakfast was nice but not as good/extensive as other mercure hotels"
"The staff is the biggest asset of this hotel: very courteous, warm and friendly young professionals — they are also flexible (e.g. regarding breakfast timetable or checking out). But there is more. Top quality produce for breakfast; excellent tea sachets in the room with a boiler, free bottles of still water. Great location. Big rooms, large shower, Nuxe products. I should add that when we came into the room I was a bit upset as there was no view, just an interior courtyard. But then in this hotel I slept like a baby, which is a feat — peace reigns in these rooms."
