"Für mich war es nachts durch die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge zu laut. Ich bin dadurch ständig wach geworden. Andere Mitreisende hat es aber nicht gestört."

"Gutes Hotel in bester Lage. Shops, Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. In die Altdtadt geht man ca. 15 min, zur Strandpromenade 5 min. Im 7. Stock ist eine Terrasse. Gratis Wasserbrunnen in der Lobby. Daneben ist ein Supermarkt. Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to the train station and the English Promenade. The hotel itself is very charming, with interesting and creative room designs. The room was clean, housekeeping was done every day, and the staff at the reception were true professionals — always helpful and friendly. I truly felt at home during my stay. Thank you so much to the entire team for the warm welcome and great service. I would be happy to stay here again!"

"2 main negatives - 1. The bed was uncomfortable. 2. It was very noisy - not sure if they have quieter rooms located elsewhere which would be useful to know for future. So although as mentioned above the room was fine, what we did need was a good night's sleep and unfortunately we didn't get it."

"We stayed for 2 nights we asked if we could change our room as we found the 1st room a little small and noisy. The staff were very good and accommodating and the 2nd room was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. We will stay again, particularly due to the staff in the hotel."
