"Die Extraversicherung für die Einrichtung. Ich kann durchaus verstehen, dass der Besitzer Angst um seine neu renovierten Gegenstände hat. Ich finde es dennoch beängstigend, dass man eigentlich aus Angst genötigt wird eine Versicherung abzuschließen. Für mich ist es zum einen völlig normal zu melden, falls etwas kaputt geht. Zum anderen würde das auch von Seiten des Besitzers voraussetzen, dass man bei jedem einzelnen Gast durch das Zimmer geht und alles genau aufschreibt, was kaputt ist. Ich glaube, dass ist nicht möglich und fällt daher immer zu Ungunsten des Mieters aus. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung."

"Perfect amenities and location. We had everything that we needed in the apartment, it was clean and very comfortable. We walked everywhere so the location was great to access the Louvre, Notte Dame and Eiffel Tower. Felt very safe and great for an evening wander to experience the cafe culture."

"The location was fantastic, perfectly situated near the Opera. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. We stayed with our 11-year-old child, and the space was just right for us. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious. Furthermore, the communication with the staff prior to our arrival was excellent; they were very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. The digital access (boarding pass) system made our check-in process incredibly smooth and fast."

"The value for money is fantastic. We were in a double bedroom apartment with all needed accommodations, two steps from the Opera and a walking distance from Louvre, Lafayette, Orsy and many other places to visit. The street is small and cosy, full of cafes/restaurants and a Carefur at about 50 meters. Very clean, warm and cosy place. The personnel was very polite, and big "thank you" to Shamo, who helped us always. The breakfast was at a small and beautiful italian restaurant next door. In the apartment we found everything we needed and more - appliances, kitchen utensils, hygiene utensils, etc. When we come back to Paris to continue exploring it, we are definitely booking Qartier Libre Opera again."
