"Die Lage war genial schön. Wir durften im Frühstücksraum abends pucknicken."

"Leider kann man dort nicht essen, aber in relativer Nähe ist ein Pizzabackautomat, eine Pizzeria (Sonntags geschlossen) oder ein Restaurant (wirkt etwas snobistisch)"

"Ein Traum. Karen macht das super toll. Am Abend wurden wir zum gemeinsamen Lagerfeuer in den Garten geladen. Frühstück prima. Die Lage an der Dordogne perfekt."

"Cosy cottage in beautiful setting. Added bonus that thé quant country pub/resto The Boars is à couple of minutes walk away. Thé accommodation features lots of little garden niches to enjoy the sun and à hot tub which WE were unable to enjoy in rainy October but WE would be very tempted to return in thé spring or summer to fully appreciate this lovely place."

"Deeply peaceful with only the sound of the wind in the trees. I loved my stay at Queens Escape."

"Wooden floors on upper levels carry a lot of sound. If you are not staying on the top floor then the noise of rolling cases and heavy footfalls will carry through to rooms below."

"Wonderful chateau in beautiful gardens. Very authentic. Karen and Bo were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good. Lovely fresh croissants!"

"Curtains were tricky to pull as the ceilings are extraordinarily high and they weren’t on curtain rings. Shower step a bit slippery."

"In our room the bathroom was separated from the main space with a wall that didn’t reach the ceiling. Can’t say that it’s really uncomfortable, just was a little bit strange. But it didn’t affect our stay"

"L'espace dans chaque pièce qui garantie ainsi le confort de pouvoir évacuer après des journées pesantes au travail un vrai salon, de vraies chambres, une vraie cuisine Ayant loué cet automne et plutôt sous mauvais temps, nous n'avons pas profité de ce bel espace de verdure qui me semble doit être fort agréable par beau temps sous ce magnifique arbre Le fait de pouvoir rentrer notre utilitaire à l'abris, nous a bien rassuré La mise à disposition de l'électroménager le tout très fonctionnel plaque, four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, frigo, cafetière (avec filtres café & sucre) assiettes, plats, couverts, armoire à épices (avec les principales)"

"Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum der Stadt und hat ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Offener Küche. Besonderes Highlight ist diese Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man zum Kochen nach französischer Art benötigt: Gusseiserne Töpfe, Pfannen, Auflaufformen, hochwertige Messer und sogar eine Küchenmaschine. Allerlei Zutaten wie Mehle, Gewürze und Öl gab es auch. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren und nicht genug Zeit zum Kochen hatten."

"The apartment was very, very clean and true to the pictures.. It was called 'cosy...' but overall, it was larger than most in this category that we have stayed in, and we feel this is misleading for potential bookings. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the Old Town area. There was a Boulongerie on the nearest corner and a supermarket about 400m away. The washing machine was excellent, and the kitchen has all you need, including an oven. Communication was excellent which made our check in easy as the owner met us and showed us the workings of the apartment. Secure parking was good. We appreciated the bottle of juice and water left for us in the fridge."

"Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Gr. Haus/Anwesen. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Gastgeber, erstmal ein Drink im Garten. Schönes großes Zimmer. Wir waren an dem Abend die einzigen Gäste. Die Gastgeberin zauberte uns ein leckeres 3 Gänge-Menu plus Apero. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war ebenfalls sehr gut."
