"Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Montpellier. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Haustüre vorbei und trotzdem hört man im drinnen nichts davon. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Man hat es nicht weit zum Parkhaus, den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und den vielen netten Lokalen der Altstadt."

"The location is perfect - a few minutes walk to the train station and close to the centre of the town. It’s a lovely, spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed. Very comfortable bed. And had prompt replies from the hosts whenever we contacted them."

"The location is incredible - so many lovely restaurants by the église, walking up to Pérou for sunset and then coming back to a comfortable, quiet, well air conditioned apartment. The bedrooms are very large. Small notes: 1. Toilet and shower is in one room. We are well are used to that in the north of Europe so didn’t bother us :) . 2. We loved this place and the hosts were great for tips, kind and responsive! 3. We found street parking about 10 minutes on foot - on rue frederic peyson, which is free 19h-9h and all day Sunday!"

"The location is excellent and much better than I was expecting. A short walk into the heart of the medieval centre of Montpellier. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need The host met us personally to give introduction and advice / instructions. The host had provided air conditioning units in both bedrooms and lounge area, which was needed and much appreciated."

"I wasn't aware it was on the second floor with no lift access which just makes luggage that more difficult. The air conditioning units required the velux windows to be open and some very noisy neighbours made the early hours frustrating, but clearly that is not the responsibility of this host, whose own advice request that you respect all neighbours. We struggled to find an external bin for our rubbish"

"A lovely building, very well located, easy walk to station. Lots of restaurants and cafes, interesting shops and supermarkets close by."

"40 steps upstairs to apartment. If I was being picky, the furniture was not great, tiny TV, being able to chrome cast, would be a bonus. I find sofa beds are generally uncomfortable sofas and poor beds, this one is uncomfortable. The chairs in the living room are too small to sit for any period of time. It looks good in photos but not the most comfortable stay imo."

"Lovely apartment in a recently renovated building. Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you might need. Located within walking distance of 'old' Montpellier, with a wide array of restaurants and shops, and the major points of interest , all very close by. Agnès and her husband were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated."

"The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building which means climbing many steps. There was a leaking gutter at the top of the building so that when it rained water cascades down onto a metal roof outside very loudly."
