"Durch die Lüftung staubt die Whg. mit der Zeit etwas ein. Haben sie nicht deaktiviert bekommen. Ist aber alles im Rahmen und wirkt nicht schmutzig. Vielleicht wäre ein Swiffer oder Ähnliches gut in der Whg. zu platzieren."

"Tolles Ambiente, als Vorgeschmack auf unseren Disneyland Aufenthalt. Es ist alles da - eine riesen Dusche und ein mega bequemes Bett. Sauber. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Metro Haltestelle liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßen Seite. Das Bistro im Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Parken kann man dort nicht, aber über yespark haben wir in der Nähe für schmales Geld einen Tiefgaragenplatz gemietet."

"Es muss einem klar sein, dass Paris eine Metropole ist. Es ist sehr laut in der Unterkunft, da sie direkt an einer Straßenecke liegt, mit Fenstern zur Straße. Nachts regeln das aber Oropax - aber als Dorfkind sollte man sich darauf einstellen."

"Perfect little apartment for a short stay in Paris. Metro station, cafés and supermarket all close by. The aircon was very much appreciated during this extremely hot period. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the big shower was fantastic. Thank you, Eric!"

"The property is situated opposite the entrance to the Metro, so getting into Paris on the very regular trains was very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the mattress was excellent for a good night's sleep and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower."

"The studio is located in a very quiet area, 3 minutes away from a metro station, and very close to Rue Daguerre where there is a fresh produce market and lots of nice places to eat. The room is small, but the bed is very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean!"

"The appartment is in a great location, close to the metro and it is to easy walk to the landmarks from there if one so desires. The bed was comfortable and the space perfect for a couple. The communication with Eric was easy and straight forward. We would be happy to stay at this place next time we visit Paris."

"Some small fixes that were not terrible, but could have improved our stay are: * the toilet water box keeps leaking water when flushing with the small botton. The sound was quite strong and lasted for about an hour in some occasions. *The heating is through the vents close to the roof, so to get the appartment to warm up, it was necessary to increase the temperature to 30C on the thermostat to reach a feeling of about 20C (we visited at the end of December). After that initial phase, it was easy to keep the flat warm."
