"Das Appartement ist mit zwei Zimmern und zwei Bädern ausgestattet; daher für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Da die Fenster nach Innenhof ausgerichtet sind, ist es in der Nacht sehr ruhig und daher ideal für Erholung nach einem ausgefüllten Tag. Zu Fuß kann man die Notre Dame und die umliegende Hauptattraktionen von Paris erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle, gleich neben dem Eingang, ermöglicht schnell und unkompliziert zu weiter liegenden Paris Attraktionen zu gelangen."

"Die Panorama Fenster in der Küche ist eine sehr gute Idee, jedoch wenig Lichtdurchlässig wegen starken Schmutz. An sich waren die Zimmer sauber, jedoch sehr staubig; insbesondere die Teppiche und Kästen in oberen Bereich."

"Sehr gutes Appartement, mit guter Ausstattung in hervorragender Lage. Es war alles sehr neu und gepflegt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und alles mehrfach vorhanden. Auch die Verbrauchsutensilien waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und hochwertig. Sehr gute Betten. Der Kontakt war professionell, freundlich und hat stets gut funktioniert. Wir kommen wieder."

"The apartment is beautiful. The area is amazing. You can walk around in Le Marais for days and discover something new every day. We even loved the school next door, hearing the children’s laughter and screams is like music to our ears!"

"We expected the €2000 deposit but this was taken from the guests who arrived first. They were surprised because I was responsible for the payment. This is the first place ever where I made a booking where they require a further €35 to check-in on a Sunday. This piece of information is buried in the “Important and Legal” part of the description. This should be added to the booking price when you make the booking. We asked for a late out check out but Gregory informed that it will not be possible. He did advise us that storing our luggage in the apartment until 14:00 would be no problem. We were thus surprised when he contacted us and rudely asked us why our luggage was still in the apartment when check-out was at 11:00. I then took a screenshot of his message where he confirmed that we can store our luggage until 14:00. He didn’t even bother to reply."

"The property was in a great location. The Picasso Museum and Enfants Rouge Marché a short walk and an easy amble (around 17 minutes) to Notre-Dame. It isn’t the prettiest of streets but current renovation works to the apartment facade and to the building across the road may improve appeal. It was very handy having an organic food store right next door. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Check-in was flexible and seamless."

"One bedroom did not have a window so poor ventilation and a slightly musty smell. Whilst the living room and second bedroom had windows to the street, access to open them was compromised by curtain coverings. The Eu2000 bond was not made clear at the time of the booking. Metro stations not in close proximity but bus stop right outside the front door."
