"Die Lage ist super, viele charmante kleine Geschäfte, auch ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie zwei Metro-Stationen. Die Wohnung sehr funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonderheit: sie ist modern in einem alten Gebäude, hohe Decken, original Träger und Backsteinwand, sehr charmant."

"Eigentlich alles! zwei minimale Schönheitsfehler: Das Bett un die Couch sind relativ hart… aber das ist Geschmacksache."

"Ein sehr hübsches Appartment, ausreichend Platz, gute und moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Die Lage topp! Zentral im Marais gelegen, aber durch die Lage im Hinterhaus absolut ruhig! Einkaufmöglichkeiten in 1 Minute Laufdistanz, zahlreiche Metrolinien in 3-6 Minuten erreichbar. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter / Personal vor Ort super. Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit!"

"Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Appartment braucht dringend eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt keine gute Belüftungsmöglichkeit, und da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, habe ich als Alleinreisende die Fenster auch nicht über Nacht offenlassen können. Bei heißen Temperaturen ist es im Appartment unerträglich heiß. Dafür hat der Vermieter aber 2 Ventilatoren bereitgestellt, die es erträglicher gemacht haben."

"Die Lage ist Top. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Meter bis zur Metro. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber."

"As we arrived on a Sunday the management asked a fee of Euro 35 to meet us at the property and hand us the keys There is also a deposit of 500 Euro Nothing is provided other than the bedding, the bath towels and equipment for the kitchen. It would be nice if few basic things were provided as some coffee pods, a bottle of water, hand soap, salt, pepper.. It’s just a little effort that would make the service much more welcoming!"

"We heard noises during our stay, it can be just a normal living sounds next door, or friends gathering from upstair. In general, you would hear when people live around making a normal sounds, like walking, dragging chairs."

"There was no storage space in the bedroom so we couldn’t unpack and had to put our suitcases on the living room floor. The tv was in the bedroom and I don’t find it comfortable to sit on the bed to watch tv. Wish there had been a Bluetooth speaker"

"The location was fantastic, so close to all of the best attractions , yet out of the rat rase. Lovely cafes within easy walk. very comfortable ( although small compared to Australian standards) every thing we needed was there. under floor heating kept the apartment very cossy."
