"Catia made contact a couple of days before and was super responsive during the stay. The place is spacious and very quiet. It is in a busy area of the town centre but you have to go through 2 gates to get to apartment which gives onto a nice quiet inner yard. From there it's only short walks to the Place Massena, the old Nice, the Promenade des Anglais. Main house items were available, including a coffee machine and pods. Also dishwasher and washing machine with respective detergents, which we haven't used."

"Gegenüber der Metro-Linie 5, perfekt zum Gare de l´Est Sehr freundliches Personal, Hotel sehr sauber, typisch französisches ausgiebiges Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, gegenüber Brasserie Le Pêché Mignon sehr zu empfehlen."

"Très beau site à côté du château, en pleine nature. Emplacement tranquille dans une impasse, chalet joliment décoré, terrasse extérieure abritée + salon de jardin permettant de profiter des derniers rayons de soleil. Un + appréciable : la douche avec un bon débit et surtout pas de variations de température intempestives, comme dans la plupart des mobilhomes. Le gérant du camping nous a prêté une canne à pêche pour pêcher dans l'étang attenant ; il offre une glace à qui lui rapporte un seau de poissons chats 😅"

"No dedicated arrival time needed as the keys where put inside a locker. Clear communication of the host on how to retrieve the keys. The apartment itself was as described. We were with 2 people so it was big enough. Excellent location, beach and center nearby. Parking is for free until 1st of April"

"Apartment was just like the photos, modern, clean, well provided for with hairdryer, towels, kitchen utensils. The ensuite shower is a bath with a handheld wand, very useable once you get used to it Safe entry to the apartment with a fob entry and double lock on the door. Small lift but great to have as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Kristina was very helpful, and coordinated our check-in well. She responded to any questions we had very promptly. It is a city apartment, so there is some outside noise at night, nothing drastic, but a basket of earplugs are provided which is a thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay again."
