Superbe studio sur Nice

"Annemarie war super nett und hat mir einige Tipps für meinen Urlaub gegeben. Da ich allein war, war der Platz ausreichend. Für die Küche war das nötigste vorhanden. Nur ein zweiter kleiner Topf wäre von Vorteil zum Kochen. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Sonnenschirm zum benutzen. Es war sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Dusche war auch super. Der Strand und der Bahnhof waren beide gut erreichbar zu Fuß."

"Die Dusche hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Außerdem hat mir die besonders nette Betreuung von der Gastgeberin gefallen. Die Lage war auch sehr praktisch, da man überall sehr schnell hinkonnte. Hatte auch die perfekte Größe und alles was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt (z.B Waschmaschine, Küche,…)"

"Das Apartment ist sehr nah an Bahngleisen gebaut und deshalb hört man sehr oft Züge sehr laut vorbei fahren. Stört ein bisschen, aber ist man gewöhnt sich daran und im Endeffekt findet man es auch nicht mehr so schlimm. In der Nacht ist der Zug auch weniger."

"There was lots of facilitates, namely a washing machine, a fridge, hob and microwave as well as the usual kettles and cutlery etc. The host, Annemarie, was very welcoming and provided great advice regarding Nice."

"Not much! The room could be considered a little small but was absolutely fine for 2 people. It wasn't clear to me that the entrance to the studio was shared by the studio directly next door beforehand and that the washing machine was shared between the two studios but this didn't cause any problems, I just didn't realise it was the case when booking."

"The location of apartment is just perfect. Gare Nice-Ville is really 10 min walk from apartment, from where you can visit many places at Côte d'Azur. Plus many of sightseeing places in Nice are in a walking distance. Nearby you can find bakeries with a perfect croissants and baguettes, catering of homemade food from "Fina Bocca" (crossing of rue Chateauneuf and boulevard Gambetta). The whole boulevard Gambetta and surroundings are rich on a beautiful architecture and the Mediterranean atmosphere. The hostess is very welcoming, helpful and informative. The apartment is very clean and secured. The building itself is clean and nice."

"On my opinion the place is suitable for a very short stay and not for two adults (I've been travelling together with my Mom). It's too much small and noisy at the night, taking into consideration the noise of motorbikes from the street and railways nearby. The bed upstairs might be cool but not convenient for duration of 8 nights."

"Appartamentino piccolo ma funzionale per due persone, viaggiando con mia figlia ho utilizzato il divano letto come seconda camera . Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria utile per varie escursioni ( Montecarlo..)...e comodo al centro città sia a piedi (20 minuti) che col bus. Annemarie è una padrona di casa gentile e premurosa,ci ha consigliato sulle escursioni da fare e come farle e ci ha messo a disposizione ombrellone e stuoini per il mare. Cosa non da poco"
