"Top war die moderne und schöne Einrichtung. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, viele METRO-Linien sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Take away sowie einige Lebensmittelläden in unmittelbarer Nähe."

A modern building (by Parisian standards) - which meant the lift worked reliably, the heating functioned without issue and the rooms were spacious (again, by Parisian standards). Plus the check-in process was seamless and the property manager could not have been more helpful."

"It does not have air conditioning which makes it difficult to stay on hot days, the sink is dripping and the bathroom is filling with water, the clothes dryer does not seem to work"

"The apartment is large and comfortable. Close to the subway, supermarkets and restaurants. There were basic items available such as olive oil, coffee, salt. The owner was solicitous in all communications. The bathroom is big and the shower is excellent."

"It wasn't something that hindered the stay but some basic kitchen items are missing. The bedroom fan is broken. There could be a fan in the living room because there is no air conditioning in the apartment. It wasn't very hot but we went in the spring, in the summer it can be a problem. But it didn't disturb our stay just a feedback, I would come back for sure!!"

"The property has great location and easy access to the metro line 3 and several bus stations are around the corner."
