"Die Lager der Wohnung ist Top optimal, der Bahnhof und diverse Restaurants waren in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch ohne Probleme funktioniert, da der Vermieter uns vor beginn des Aufenthalts alle Informationen hat zukommen lassen. (inkl. Videoanleitung zum Betreten des Hauses) Ein weiterer plus Punkt waren die 2 Tiefgaragen Stellplätze. (Auto konnte sicher abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung sieht von innen zu 100% wie auf den Bildern aus und von der riesigen Dachterrasse konnte man bis zum Eifelturm schauen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch im vollen Umfang wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden und die Wohnung war bei Ankunft komplett sauber bis in alle Ecken gereinigt. Der Vermieter war auch ohne Probleme telefonisch und schriftlich zu erreichen und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit."

"Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war super sauber und es ist alles da, was man so braucht. In dem Gebäude gibt es einen Aufzug und alles ist auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Einzug, aber auch beim Auszug war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Umgebung ist sehr entspannt. Beim nächsten Besuch werde ich dieses Apartment sicher gerne wieder buchen."

"The location was SO SUPER CLOSE to the Cannes Cinema strip and beach and cafes and bars. There was no view but one is so close to everything fun about Cannes - that it doesn't matter. It has a nice and newish oven and washing machine - and it has the ever important air conditioning - which you will want in summer! Certainly spacious enough for 1 or 2 persons. The layout was fine. I liked having a user-guide book in English that helped me figure things out quickly - from wifi password, to knowledge about using the toilets, to checking out guidance; it was all very helpful. What was really great is that there was a large beach umbrella available - which you'll want if you're not paying for a 'club' spot on the beach. And even better, was the steam iron and ironing board - which I very much needed when I pulled my linen suit out of my hyper compressed airplane carry-on luggage! LOL"

"Die Lage ist toll. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, zum Strand, Supermarkt oder Bäcker. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Gelände mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Die 350€ Kaution, die wir zu Beginn zahlen mussten, haben wir anstandslos und problemlos zurück bekommen."
