"Ein sehr schönes, modernes, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Apartment im Herzen von Paris, mitten in einem lebendigen Viertel. Der Gastgeber, Luca, war mega freundlich und unglaublich nett. 100% Empfehlung! Nächstes Mal werden wir definitiv wieder Thegreatflat buchen!"

"Alles, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu viert hat man gut Platz. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von der Ubahnstation, mit Sicht zu einer Grünanlage, und absolut ruhig in der Nacht. Außerdem ist Luca sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit."

"Beautiful, quite large and very comfortable flat, very new and stylish containing everything you need! The host is very helpful and well- organized. Excellent location in a very authentic neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The touristy spots are easy to reach by metro. Convenient parking space is available if you are an excellent driver. Staying at the great flat made our first Paris experience perfect."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Great Flat. Luca was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris perfect (for example he went the extra mile in helping us get my backpack back which I had forgotten in the taxi on our arrival day) The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were all modern and clean. Everything was as good and as clean as it seemed online. And the location is perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris."

"Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön, es gibt einen Pool und viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Gelände. Abendlich kann man ein BBQ buchen, es gibt kühle Getränke und Wein. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung! Der Gastgeber spielt zusätzlich Gitarre und singt, einfach ein schönes Urlaubsambiente. Das Zimmer ist typisch französisch, es fehlt an nichts, geräumig. Morgendlich gibt es ein gutes Frühstück. Super auch der Familienhund - einfach eine schöne, freundliche Atmosphäre. Fahrräder sind gut untergebracht."
