"Die Besitzer haben leider kein Englisch gesprochen, aber mit einer Übersetzungs App war die Kommunikation kein Problem. Sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Lage in zweiter Reihe ist angenehm ruhig aber dennoch nicht zu weit vom Strand entfernt."

"Новый отель семейного типа, очень тихий, все по домашнему. Чистые новые номера.Немного дальше от берега, чем представлялось, но не критично. Есть отдельная кухня, где можно готовить. Хозяин отвез нас в Батуми, когда отменили наш поезд. За что ему отдельное спасибо. Отсутствуют на данный момент телевизоры в комнатах. Мне было не привычно."

"Very clean throughout the hotel. The room itself had a comfortable bed and a table and chairs on the balcony but not in the room as the second bed took up that space. There were storage places for clothes at the side of the bed along with power sockets. The powerful shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water, although occasionally it was barely a trickle at first. It seemed fine once I turned it off and back on again, though. Probably just some air in the water pipes. There are drying racks at each room, which is very handy. Not sure about whether it would be possible to use the washing machine, as I never asked. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. It was easy to find as it sits in front of the Lion hotel. There is no sign that i noticed but it's #86. The folks there speak no English but we were able to communicate when necessary. Payment is strictly cash."

"There is no curtain in the shower area, so the entire floor gets wet. There is however a thing to clear the floor. No bathroom footmat supplied, so I had to use my hand towel. Cash only policy as the nearest ATM's are a long walk back near the railway station, so get your cash first."

"Приветливый персонал, особенно большое спасибо Анжеле, чистые хорошие номера, высокие деревья дают тень, поэтому можно сидеть на балконе в любое время, есть веранда где можно приготовить покушать, есть холодильники очень много разной посуды, мы довольны приедим еще."

"Удобные кровати, достаточно места для хранения вещей. На балконе была пара стульев, подвесная сушилка для одежды. Везде чисто, в том числе на общей кухне. На кухне достаточно много разной посуды, микроволновка. В общей зоне есть стол для настольного тенниса, нарды, всем можно пользоваться бесплатно. Wi-fi в номере ловил очень хорошо, в общей зоне на улице похуже, но вполне достаточно для работы без видеозвонков. Хозяева выше всяких похвал! Учли все наши пожелания, разрешили поздний выезд :) Без сомнения выберем этот гостевой дом, когда вернёмся в Уреки."
