"Good and clean apartment in 10-15 minutes walk from Borjomi spring. Very friendly and attentive host, who leaved in the house nearby, so you can ask for something if needed. There was also a kitchen in the apartment with all necessary stuff for cooking so we cooked a breakfast for us. Highly recommend this place to stay in Borjomi."

The yard and the rest of the buildings belonging to the owners look unkempt. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend this place during the summer for those who sleep early, as the neighborhood is quite noisy.
