"Sehr liebes Ehepaar, bei welchem sie direkt mit im Haus wohnen. Das Haus und das Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Zum Frühstücken gab es genügend Auswahl. Mona und Hans haben uns zudem zum Rentier Essen eingeladen, was hervorragend schmeckte. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend, an dem wir unsere Grundkenntnisse in Grönländisch erworben haben."

"Hans and Mølle were fabulous hosts! They were really welcoming, I felt like I was part of the family. They even let me try some traditional Greenlandic foods for dinner! Would highly recommend and will be back if I ever pass through Ilulissat again."

"The property is extremely clean, the heating is very sufficient and the location offers prime viewing of the fiord. Hans and Mona are very kind and welcoming and always have smiles on their faces. Mona is a great baker and supplied homemade breads for breakfast."

"Stayng with Hans and Mona is a very special experience, because it is one of the only places where you can experience living in a locals house. Both of them were lovely people with a great sense of humour. In the beginning they seemed a bit reserved, but I later learned that this is quite common for Greenlanders. It took a bit of time, but then I felt like home. We had a lot fun when Mona taught me some words in Greenlandic. The breakfast was great with Müsli and sweet breads handmade by Mona. They even invited me to have dinner with them one evening which was very nice. And they let me use the washing machine (which is normally not available for guests) when I came home from an excursion with local fishermen, with all my clothes smelling like fish ;)"

"There was only one major thing that was a problem for me, which was the electronic doorlock on the entrance door that made a rining sound every time someone left or came in. Since the door was right next to my room and Mona and Hans had a very early morning routine, I struggled a bit with getting enough sleep, while still being able to enjoy the midnight sun outside at the icefjord. Hans explained to me that they need the ringtone to make sure the door is really closed, otherwise the wind may flap it open, but I really hope they can find a different solution for that in the future. Else, what could be improved is maybe giving some space in the cupboards, so that the guests dont have to live out of their suitcase. Also a chair and table in the room would be really great for people who stay a bit longer. And maybe being able to put some food in the fridge. But of course the latter are up to the hosts wether they can provide them."
