"Bisher die beste Unterkunft im Senegal. Europäischer Standard, toller riesiger Pool, Zimmer modern und sauber. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, der uns sogar mit dem Roller zum ATM gefahren hat. Frühstück einzigartig. Vorsicht, hier will man länger bleiben als geplant 😁"

"Keine Kritik, nur ein kleiner Tipp falls ihr zum Fathala Park wollt, der angebotene Taxi für 20k CFA (es sind 20 min Fahrt!!) kann günstiger erworben werden indem man sich einfach an die Hauptstraße stellt und Einheimische fragt. Wir sind für 8k hin gekommen"

"Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Gambia/ Kololi im Riyan Apartment. Die Anlage ist in einem Gebäudekomplex mit einem traumhaften Garten mit Pool . Wir hatten das Apartment mit 2 Schlafräumen, welches im Innenhof liegt, mit Terrasse und Blick in den Garten. Im Vorderhaus befindet sich der sehr gut sortierte Supermarkt Maroun , hier gab es alles, was wir brauchten, auch Weine. Preise sind meist, wie auch in Europa, einige Dinge deutlich teurer, wie Wurst und Käse. Außerdem gibt es im Hof ein sehr gutes Restaurant, hier haben wir mehrmals sehr leckeren Fisch gegessen. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten ( Solomon ) wir waren meistens am Kuntakinte und haben dafür wegen der Hitze ein Taxi genommen ( 5 Minuten für ca. 1,30 Euro )"

"Für mich ist es die schönste Unterkunft, die ich in Gambia kenne, ich war schon viermal dort. Das Team dort ist super und die zentrale Lage mit dem Supermarkt und dem Restaurant einfach perfekt . Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön und wird liebevoll gepflegt und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Ideal als Familie mit zwei Kindern, da es Häuser mit zwei Schlafzimmern sind."

"The property was perfect for our family - it allowed us to eat at the apartment whilst also being able to go out. The kids loved the pool! The property is in a perfect location and yet very quiet"

"The microwave did not work! Fortunately we did not really need it but on the one occasion we wanted to use it, it did not work. We reported it so it can be resolved. Also, we had a tea towel for a day or so but then it kept disappearing. Not easy to dry plates etc when there is no tea towel"

"The apartments are well furnished, comfortable and have good internet and an outside balcony with seating. There is also a meticulously cleaned pool and a restaurant/bar/breakfast area a few paces from each apartment, and a 24-hour reception. The location is ideal, next door to one of the town's best-stocked supermarkets and within easy walking distance to tourist restaurants and the beach."

"My apartment (which could accommodate 4 people) was on 2 floors with a steep staircase to upstairs, which might be an issue for some visitors."

"Well located, clean and comfortable 1 bedroom self catering accommodation. Good and fast communication from the owner with questions I had making the stay very pleasant. Nice little extras were provided on arrival like hot drinks welcome pack, bottled water, cleaning products and even a Christmas card and chocolate yule log. Close enough to walk to both beach and restaurants and above a well stocked supermarket."

"Perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable, close to all amenities, and near a beautiful beach and many restaurants. The staff is extremely kind; they even allowed us to use a room on the last day before catching our flight. Highly recommended."

"Great location. The hotel is like a courtyard next to the main street. A big supermarket next door with currency exchange and mobile reload. Nice to have a kitchen and washing machine. Walking distance to Senegambia area. Highly recommended!"

"The cleaning. Apartment wasn't properly cleaned (floor, toilet) when I checked in. The staff did offer to clean the floor every day but didn't refill the toilet paper. I had to ask twice for toilet paper. I wore sandals because the floor is always dusty due to the dust in the air."
