"Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von San Pedro und der Weg in den Ort nicht besonders schön... Man kann aber mit dem Tuktuk fahren und ist dann schnell in San Pedro."

"Very nice place to stay. Further from the city so very quiet area, that’s what I wanted. Everything was clean and brand new. Spacious dorm room with bathroom. In the kitchen there is everything you need plus filtered water to drink. Stuff is really helpful and nice. Close to the beach and restaurants or coffee around as well. Only 30 minutes walk to city centre. Good common areas if you want to sit and work or just hang out with other guests. They offer yoga mats to borrow as well. I met really nice people there, other guests so we went for breakfast and ordered pizza for dinner."

"Value for money is outstanding, comfortable facilities, the staff was attentive to all my needs and truly makes you feel at home. The location is a little outside town center but still very easy to reach, and that actually turned out to be one of its biggest advantages, the area being incredibly calm and relaxing perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Also you have restaurants, convenience stores and a beautiful coffee place only minutes walking distance. I was impressed by the stunning views and the lake access this hostel offers, perfect for a swim. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace, great value and a place surrounded by natural beauty."

"L'auberge est très bien placée. À 25 minutes à pied du centre de San Pedro, dans un quartier calme mais avec une très bonne ambiance. Le staff, les voyageurs, les locaux, tout le monde est incroyablement gentil ! Les chambres sont bien aménagées et propres. Les lits sont confortables et il y a de l'eau chaude dans les douches (très apprécié). L'auberge a ouvert récemment, mais il y a déjà des animations proposées pour rencontrer et sympathiser avec les autres voyageurs/voyageuses. Un grand merci à José et Tulio qui m'ont donné de super recommandations pour les restaurants et les activités !"

"The hostel is at a quiet location outside the center with a view to the mountains a a bit of the lake. My private room was comfortable, simple, clean, with extra blanket provided for the cool nights.Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a little outdoor kitchen. Owner was kind eager to help. Assistant was at premises and helpful. Next door is an Italian restaurant. Small shops are within a few blocks. There is a new hostel kitty, that decided it did not like the street, instead liked being with people."

"The hostel opened just a month ago and needs some work. The owner is excited to add new amenities to the hostel. I am sure the hostel will do well. It’s unfortunate that some guests do not clean up after themselves and leave it up to the lovely cleaning lady who comes daily, to do this. I find this disrespectful to other guests and the cleaning lady who has a lot of work already. Also, the amount of smoking is unpleasant for other smokers. Butts remain on dishes the whole day. Again, guests could do their fair share and empty those in the trash. The shower only had luke warm water. Hopefully that will be improved since the mornings are quite cool. I enjoyed my stay though."

"L’emplacement était parfait pour être tranquille. On y dort bien. Le propriétaire était super gentil et nous a conseillé sur plein de trucs. Le personnel qui nous a accueilli était vraiment gentil aussi. Belle cours intérieure. On se sent bien dans ce lieu."

"Le fait qu’il n’y a pas de couvre-feu était plus difficile pour nous. Il y a eu une soirée qui s’est terminée tard puisque quelques voyageurs on jasé dans la cour. Mais en même temps ça peut arriver dans des hostels."

"El lugar es muy tranquilo, limpio y seguro. Desde que llegas se siente una atmósfera de calma y comodidad. El personal es súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún mejor. Es un espacio ideal para descansar y desconectarse."
