"Die Kombination zwischen Hotel/Hostel gefällt mir super. Ich war in einem Dorm mit 10 Betten, zwei Duschen und 2 WC. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, mit Vorhängen für Privatsphäre inkl Steckdosen. Der Pool ist toll, auch wenn nicht riesig. es hat eine Plattform vorne beim See für tägliches Yoga das Angeboten wird. Gleich rechts davon kann man Kayak und Stand up Paddle mirten. Das Frühstück ist genial. Man erhält täglich 1 Getränk, kann zwischen drei Eierspeisen aussuchen, es gibt Früchte, Müsli, verschiedene Brote, Aufstrich, Salat, Pancake und Brownie."

"The property is beautiful. Lovely pool and rooms. Very attentive and friendly staff. I stayed in multiple hotels in Guatemala this was the best. The member of staff working at the restaurant pool area who wears the red hat is a real asset to the resort he was constantly running around and managed to be fun and patient even with my friend who was a little drunk."

"As there isn’t AC the rooms they have a large ventilation strip along top of the glass front. This means noise come in as well as cigarette smoke if someone choosing to sit on your balcony area. The balcony areas by the pool seem to be used by everyone rather then just the room it belongs to. A roped off area around those or sign on the tables may solve this. There needs to be a couple more sun beds and there were no umbrellas for the sun beds. With the resort offering day entry bed could get full quickly. Maybe some reserved for actual guests would be a good idea. Room 1 requires a lamp and new shower head but it felt much more private then room 13 by the pool."

"The resort was absolutely beautiful. Great location with an amazing view of the lake. The rooms were very clean and every morning they came to ask if I needed cleaning. I was early with check in but the room was not ready yet but I could use all the facilities and with check out I could also stay and enjoy my day at the poool. Breakfast was good."

"There was nothing I did not like. It can be noisy sometimes because of other places, they warn you during check in and give you earplugs as well. Sometimes some employees could be more attentive of guests, but this was just a few times and not all staff."

"Everything except the showers was great. The breakfast especially is amazing. It is a little more pricey than other hostels (it is a resort) but it was comfortable and the pool was great"
