"Sauberes Zimmer für eine Nacht mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, Parkplatz an der Strasse, direkt vor dem Haus. Gut gelegen um zu Fuss ins Zentrum zu kommen."

Das Zimmer ist eher klein und im Keller gelegen, war uns aber bereits im voraus bekannt. Keine Möglichkeit, draussen zu sitzen. Sehr ringhörig.

When it was raining a bit water dripping inside from roof. But it’s ok bcs I think that’s drawback from the building design.

Only the batteries for the remote control of TV were done. If you could change them for future guests would be nice.

"The staff was very friendly, helpful & efficient Lots of good places to eat, supermarket with imported goods & sundry shops all at walking distance There's a mini refrigerator, ironing board & washing machine for such a good price!"

The only drawback was the heater kept switching off & I had to get the staff to turn it on a few times

"Endroit propre, calme et propice à la détente. Literie d'excellente qualité. Agréable piscine, suffisamment grande pour pouvoir nager et non seulement barboter ! Extérieur très agréable (Cuisine extérieure, plantes et magnifique vue sur le ciel étoilé !). Très bon accueil par l'hôte."

Essayer de voir avec Google Map la problématique de la direction GPS qui n'est pas la bonne... Merci à l'hôte qui, devant mon désespoir, est venu à ma rencontre ! Cette remarque ne remet nullement en cause la qualité de l'hébergement.

Die Betten wackelten leider, bei einem ruhigen Schlaf aber kein Problem ;)

Das Bad und unterm Bett hätte mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Für eine Nacht war es für mich ok. Ich bin spät angereist und früh abgereist. Hätte vor Ort auch informieren können. Ich hatte bereits volles Programm

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

"Ein super nettes und vor allem günstiges Hotel. Die Familie war sehr freundlich und wir haben und sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Straße ist sehr wenig befahren und die Zimmer sehr ruhig und sauber. Direkt nebenan gibt es Cafés und Restaurants so weit das Auge reicht. Wir können das Hai Nam Guesthouse sehr empfehlen."

"This place is a real gem for bidget travelers! The apartment was renovated and clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, the security is very high and the personnel was also super amicable!!🤍🤍🤍 It's quiet and is situated in a safe area - you can walk alone even at night there. The rooms are quite spacious and have enough sockets and furniture. There are a couple of stores around and even a local eatery with tasty food. The owner was ready to help with any questions and was super friendly too. Totally recommended!! 🫶🏼💕"

"Well kept clean house. The owner tried really hard to reach Western standard of living (limited by being in the Solomons of course). Solar hot water, large fridge/freezer of 300L plus. 24 hour electricity. No aircon but the house is extremely well ventilated. Open plan big kitchen, 4 burner gas hob, huge lounge with modern couches. 2 rooms + 1 bathroom on each side of the lounge, so totally 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hot water shower! I wish I could share photos but booking.com doesn't have upload button."

1. The cost is per person, not per room, but somehow not clearly displayed on booking.com. 2. This is an isolated house on the water edge, private and peaceful, but 40min walking through muddy path to get to seghe town/Airport although a boat transfer is only 5min. You need to bring all your food in and cook during your stay. 3. You need to enquire about the boat transfer cost, to be clear what trips are included, and what are not, otherwise you will have surprise bill in the end. 4. The water pump stopped during my 2 showers, someone needed to run downstairs to restart the pump so I could finish my showers. 5. There is no mirror in the entire house, and no towel rails in either bathroom. Maybe the owner can install them?

"Úžasný pan a paní domácí. ❤️ Moc ochotní lidé. Stále k dispozici. Kdybych se vrátila do Ulcinj, určitě bych toto ubytování zvolila znovu. Chybí mi ty naše snídaně na hezké terase. Měli jsme slunný pokojík, na pravé straně, směr k ulici."

Měli jsme to trochu dál od Velké pláže a začátek Velké pláže je přeplněný turisty, tak jsme museli každý den jezdit autem. Ke starému městu také daleko. Ale bylo to blízko k hezké skalnaté části a živé ulici na začátku Velké pláže. V ubytování mne překvapila společná kuchyň, ale nakonec jsme si zvykli a byla možnost poznat i naše sousedy, hehe. 👍🏻

The jacuzzi was a fantastic addition, and having a private beach just 400 meters away was a dream! "Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe einer Kreuzung, wo viel BBQ-Stände, Märkte und kleine Bars sind. Für die Taxifahrer war es auch kein Problem die Unterkunft zu finden. Die Besitzerin hat mir den Standort geschickt und spricht Englisch. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort spricht nur französisch. Beide waren sehr freundlich. Abends kann man gemütlich draußen sitzen. Geschirr und Mikrowelle sind auch auf der Terasse. Im Zimmer ist ein Kühlschrank und ein Kaffeeautomat. Handtücher werden bereitgestellt. WiFi ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Der Mitarbeiter hätte mir auch Essen geholt, aber ich gehe gerne selbst schauen, was es gibt. Frühstück kann man für 7000 cfa dazu buchen."

"Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Schon die Begrüßung war nett und freundlich, obwohl ich zu früh eingecheckt habe (der Bus kam eben früher). Mit Emil, dem Dueńo, habe ich eine Tour in den Cańon gemacht - und es war einfach traumhaft. Durchaus eine Herausforderung und auch anstrengend, aber unbeschreiblich schön!!! Ein absolutes Highlight meiner etwa dreimonatigen Reise. Das Zimmer war gut, das Bett bequem und das typische Frühstück köstlich!!! Ich kann dieses Hostel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!"

"Die Aussicht ist super. Viel Platz mit Küche, zwei Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Spiele. Bad ist einfach, Toilette extra, nur eine für 5 Gäste. Waschmaschine und Trocknet und Waschmittel vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge."

Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Meine Nachbarn waren leise, aber wenn sie es nicht sind, wird es lauter. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
