"location: fantastic! it was near everything we want to go and near the MTR stations too. a very convenient location. surroundings also had a lot of food and shoppings cleanliness: room service was very helpful and they provided fresh towels everyday :) many people in the reviews complained about the cleanliness which made me rather worried before my trip but the room we stayed in was rather clean and even came with a humidifier and air purifier. very appreciated!! overall: considering the lack of space in HK the hotel room was rather spacious and cozy :)"

"What we appreciate the most during our stay at this hotel was their staff. From maintenance guy, to receptionist. They've very accommodating and friendly--all of them. We didn't have any bad experience with them. There were two receptionists--one during the day and another at night. Both of which are very friendly and respectful. But I have to mention MENTI. She even showed us store recommendations without even us asking. The staff makes up for the dusty room. Haha. 10/5 for the staff."

"Room's cleanliness. Overall, we were able to tolerate the room coz the bed was okay, wasn't noisy, we had the non-smoking room and water (heater, drain) works fine. But I have to say, if someone who's allergic to dust were to stay? Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend. You'd have a horrible stay. 2/5 for this. Sorry."

"Overall, our two-night stay at Xi Hotel was satisfactory; however, there were issues with the behavior of the two front desk staff members. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but one of them worked during the afternoon and night shifts. Despite this, we had a positive experience in the morning. The air conditioning was effective, the room was clean, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located for travel."
