"Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!

"Wir hatten telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam jemand und hat den Schlüssel und das Haus übergeben. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Der Plattensee mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Die ganze Siedlung wird nur im Sommer bewohnt. Das sollte man wissen."

Es gab einen Fernseher, aber nur ungarische Programme. Internet war leider nur per Mobil möglich, was das Traffikguthaben ziemlich schmälerte. Wir hatten große Tarife, da ging es schon. Aber mit 10 GB kommt man nicht lange, wenn man Netflix sieht. Prepaid-Internet wäre ne Möglichkeit.

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"فله عبارة عن دورين. الدور الأرضي جلسة مع مشب جميل و طاولة طعام و مطبخ كامل و حمام لا يوجد شطاف الدور الثاني ثلاث غرف غرفتين سرير مزدوج و غرفه سريرين مفرد و سرير مزدوج تتسع لأكثر من ثمان أشخاص تصلح للعائلة و الشباب انصح بها جميلة و نظيفة ومريحة خاصة ان الجلسة في الدور الأرضي و غرف النوم في الدور العلوي و يوجد بالقرب منها سوبرماركت و ألعاب أطفال و إنترنت سريع انصح الخليجيين بهذه الفلة و كذلك اشكر صاحب الشقة على تعاونه و خدمته المتميزة"

"Großartiger Ausblick. Sehr Sauber. Grosses Haus mit viel Wohnraum. Gratis Parkplätze. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet."

Die Betten/Matratzen sollten mal getauscht werden. ( etwas altersschwach, Matratzen knarren)

"La atención fue de calidez, estuvo siempre atento y facilitándonos la estadía. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo, hay todo a la disposición del visitante. La estancia es únicamente para uso del.visitante, no es compartida, lo que brinda mayor comodidad y tranquilidad."

Podría decir que el olor en un inicio es bastante húmedo, pero ya después se acostumbra y pasa un poco desapercibido.

Sanitary conditions of bathroom and kitchen. It requires some innovation. No WiFi.

"Die Unterkünfte sind ganz neu und gut ausgestattet. Vom Appartment im ersten Stock hat man einen schönen Rundumblick auf Matmata. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Ein leckeres Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen ins Appartment gebracht. Der Besitzer war gerade vor Ort und hat sich sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Eine defekte Toilettenstülung wurde sofort repariert. Es gibt noch weitere Personen, die man jederzeit kontaktieren kann, wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hat. Wir haben uns als sehr willkommene Gäste gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wieder dort unterkommen."

"Die Lage am Wasser ist wunderschön. Die Hütte war sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Heizung funktionierte tadellos. Honsa von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Dorf ist idyllisch. Man kann schöne Wanderungen vom Ort und vom Nachbarort aus unternehmen."

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"Marites and Belal are excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. The house is situated just off Broadway with easy access to the town center, sites, and shopping. On my next trip Tinian, I will definitely check with Tinian Island Haven for availability."

No complaints.

"Lovely rustic hut. It’s perfect if you prefer something out of the way. Very peaceful and beautiful views. Due to the snow there was no car access, that was ok with us, but something to consider, short walk to the hut was pretty steep. Very wintery conditions and lots of snow was particularly charming."

"Die Möglichkeit auf dem Dach zu sitzen und wuf das Meer zu sehen. Die super Kommunikation und Unterstützung mit der lokalen Mitarbeiterin."

Es war vorher nicht klar, dass nur eines der beiden Häuschen den direkten meeresblick hat. Da waren wir etwas enttäuscht , dass wir v.a. auf das andere Haus gesehen haben.

"Es war einfach traumhaft, wir hatten die komplette Unterkunft gebucht und der Kontakt zur Gastgeberfamilie war einfach toll. DANKE CINZIA und Deiner Familie. Für einen Urlaub in San Marino oder auch Rimini (ca. 30 km entfernt) absolut perfekt. Das Dörfchen absolut in einem italienischen Flair, San Marino in ca. 8 km Entfernung und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel/Pizzeria/Tanken) nur 4 km entfernt. Danke für diesen unglaublich tollen Aufenthalt."

es gibt keinerlei Kritikpunkte, es war absolut perfekt : O )

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, man findet sich schnell zurecht. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was in der Beschreibung stand. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde und werde jederzeit wiederkommen!"

Alles war perfekt. Vielleicht ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt - beim Frühstück gäbe es Luft nach oben

"Sehr schönes Cottage direkt am See. Wir hatten das Studio, wunderbar eingerichtet, klein aber fein. Eigene kleine Terrasse mit Grill zur Verfügung. Sehr sauber. Der Kühlschrank war leider eher ein Tiefkühler. Das Joghurt wurde zum Eis. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben."
