"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"Lovely place to stay, comfortable with everything you need, including a variety of teas and some coffee plus milk which is nice if you have not been shopping. quiet area which felt safe. Can walk into town in about 30 minutes . Best thing though was how incredibly helpful the owner and her cousin nia were. Nia helped us with everything we needed including getting our ferry tickets, finding a taxi and getting from the airport. This was so helpful for us and ensured we had a smooth stay."

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

Gleich in der Nähe kann man eine sehr schöne Wanderung durch den Wald zu einer Kapelle machen. Der Gastgeber war über whatsapp ständig erreichbar und gab wertvolle Hinweise für die Umgebung. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Unser Häusschen war hübsch eingerichtet und gemütlich. Draussen windete es stark und wir verbrachten den ganzen Abend im warmen Häusschen. Es gab auch ein eigenes WLAN. Auf dem Hof leben zwei superliebe Hunde, die uns oft besuchten. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Wir waren etwas zu früh bei den Ásbrandsstadir Cottages und warteten im Gemeinschaftshäusschen, welches etwas unangenehm roch und überfüllt war mit alten Dingen, daher war es eher eng, zusammen mit den anderen wartenden Gästen.

"Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!

"This property was very well maintained. It was very easy to find and our host was very accommodating for us. Each room had functioning air-con (which was a life saver) as well as the main lounge area. All the facilities were well maintained. The highlight was the bathroom. It was very spacious and nice cold water to cool down."

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, man findet sich schnell zurecht. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was in der Beschreibung stand. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde und werde jederzeit wiederkommen!"

"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.
