"Der Hot tub war sehr schön. Das Cottage bietet reichlich Platz und man kann gut selber kochen. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. War ein super Stopp für uns auf dem Weg weiter nördlich."

"Location in quiet area but still very close to the city center with many shops 24/7 nearby. Nice & comfy bedroom with AC and refrigerator- especially important in August :-). Additional benefit was the balcony, but the view was not spectacular. Breakfasts were very tasty and the view from dining room was very nice (8th floor)."

Just minor disadvantages: no power sockets available for charging in the bedroom, cash payment only. No hooks in the bathroom and towels I think shall be replaced after each 2-3 days.

"The location is handy to town if you do not have a car it is a quick 5 minute walk to the main centre. It had all the necessities for our stay. We loved the deck and how quiet it was. The rooms were comfortable and having mesh windows reduced the mozzie bites. The images of the property are exactly what we you get when you hire this beautiful place."

Would have been great to have air con in the back room but the heat was manageable.

"*We loved the renovation especially the extension to include a glass dining room/summer room. *Having 3 bathrooms *The privacy *Gardens *Location to the bus stop into Andorra la Vella, walking distance to the gondola and village centre. *Beautiful views especially from the summer room. *Plenty of cleaning products beneath the kitchen sink *Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults *Great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again and would love to give a 10/10 marking. To do this going forward we would not want to encounter any issues with those noted below. Plus one suggestion would be for wood/pellets for the fires to be offered at an additional cost."

*On arrival only one clear entry to the property. The side garden by the parking space needed a clear pathway of the snow and the steps up from the front garden needed a build up of mud clearing off to level them and again a clear pathway of snow leading from the end of the Princessa Park pathway that led to the garden. *We had an issue with some of the bed pillows having seen better days, however one little message to the owner and they were replaced with new ones. *NO WASHING MACHINE as advertised. This created an issue as two guests brought limited clothing with intentions of washing their clothes on holiday. *No toilet brushes - really unpleasant if the toilet bowl needed cleaning.

It is not walking distance to Jiufen which is a good thing because it's too busy there and I rather drive a few minutes for a visit and then back to some peace and quiet. The couple that owns and runs the hotel are very nice and helpful. We loved the traditional Chinese breakfast sitting outside the hotel looking at this amazing view"

Weg zum Meer zu Fuss etwas weit

"Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Chalet ist nicht groß, aber sehr gemütlich. Gute Lage und kein Straßenlärm."

"Die Besitzerin war entgegenkommend und hatte sichergestellt, dass wir uns bestmöglich versorgt fühlen. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns in einer misslichen Lage sehr unterstützt: Auch dafür liebsten Dank! Der Garten ist grandios, sehr gepflegt und jedes Mal eine Freude anzuschauen. Lage ist super ruhig und dennoch sehr nah zu all den Läden, Infrastruktur und beiden nahegelegenen Stränden. Wunderbar!"

Der Pool war etwas klein und schien ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, aber ist voll funktionsfähig und bietet eine tolle Erfrischung im Alltag. Das Bett war zwar groß, aber leider nicht besonders bequem.

"Frühchtück macht man selber Wenn man will gibt die Möglichkeit dafür. Die Lage gefällt mir am besten, da man ganz schnell sowohl in die Stadt, als auch andere wichtige Orte wie, Entebbe Flug Hafen, Bunga, Munyonyo, Buziga, Strand, Ntinda usw. Immer wieder"

Wohnung sah abgewohnt aus aber ansonsten alles sauber und ordentlich.

"We loved the view from our shady balcony, the beautiful nearby beach, the comfortable king size bed, and the modern kitchen. Our hostess Michela was so helpful. She met us at the airport car rental. We followed her to a grocery store and she waited while we did our shopping. Then we followed her to the cottage and she helped us with our luggage."

The air conditioning is only in the bedroom so the rest of the cottage could be uncomfortably hot. The walkway is uneven and a trip hazard. Several deckboards on the way down need to be replaced. No handrails on some stairs. Galley Bay beach is beautiful, but sometimes rough. A car is needed for travel to calmer beaches on some days.

"Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

"Fabulous property, stylish, comfortable, warm and well-equipped, next to the beach. Great TV viewing options for when you want to just stay in and relax. Constant sea view and see the waves from your bed. Superb!"

Maybe a few plug adapters for lamps/lighting. That's about it.

"Na die Lage ist nun wirklich nicht zu übertreffen. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal da und Richard ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die EV-Ladestation vor dem Haus kriegen wir sicher auch noch in den Griff ;-)"

Naja, das Sofa in der Stube ist ja nicht wirklich zum darauf schlafen gedacht - ging aber trotzdem :-))

"Es war einfach traumhaft, wir hatten die komplette Unterkunft gebucht und der Kontakt zur Gastgeberfamilie war einfach toll. DANKE CINZIA und Deiner Familie. Für einen Urlaub in San Marino oder auch Rimini (ca. 30 km entfernt) absolut perfekt. Das Dörfchen absolut in einem italienischen Flair, San Marino in ca. 8 km Entfernung und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel/Pizzeria/Tanken) nur 4 km entfernt. Danke für diesen unglaublich tollen Aufenthalt."

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, man findet sich schnell zurecht. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was in der Beschreibung stand. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde und werde jederzeit wiederkommen!"

Alles war perfekt. Vielleicht ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt - beim Frühstück gäbe es Luft nach oben

"Es war ein besonderes Erlebniss im Baumhaus zu wohnen. Wir hatten viel Platz und viel Natur rund herum. Topo hatte schon Getränke und frische Früchte bereit gelegt, dies war sehr Nett. Es hatte genügend Handtücher und auch Strandtücher. Cool war es in den zwei Hängematten zu liegen und einfach zu chillen und die Tiere zu beobachten! Es hatte Brüllaffen, ein Faultier, Frösche, Leguane, Dukan und vieles mehr."

Das Resort hat mit dem Strom zu kämpfen. Oftmals ist die Klimaanlage ausgegangen, da die Stromversorgung nur schubweise in den Unterkünften ankommt. Das Restaurant und die Wassersportangebote sind geschlossen.

"Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und haben neben dem Zimmerschlüssel auch noch Informationen erhalten. Weiteres Infomaterial über Saaremaa lag an der Rezeption bereit. Die Jurna Recreation Farm lädt wirklich zur Erholung ein. Sie ist recht weitläufig und mit vielen Obstbäumen bestanden, von deren Früchten uns der Herbergsvater gerne angeboten hat. Am frühen Morgen über den taubedeckten Rasen der Farm zu schlendern und die aufgehende Sonne zu beobachten war spitze. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Fara ist eine sehr liebe und bemühte Gastgeberin und hat uns gut bekocht. Wir hatten das gesamte Haus für uns und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Da es nachts sehr kalt wird, wurden wir mit zusätzlichen Decken versorgt. Etwas entlegen, aber wir fühlten uns immer sicher und perfekt, wenn man Richtung Süden unterwegs ist. Sauberer großer Pool."

Die Matratzen sind leider viel zu hart.

"Es ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Ich hatte vorweg schon mehrfach WhatsApp Kontakt zu Ihr. Bei der Ankunft in Quba war das Haus daher auch leicht zu finden. Von außen sehr unscheinbar steht das Haus in einen Wohlgebiet. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schon phantastisch. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist einfach riesig. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Im hübsch mit vielen Rosen angelegten Innenhof ist eine kleine windgeschützte Terrasse. Der Übernachtungpreis war OK"

Leider steht direkt neben der Wohnung eine Moschee. Der bereits morgens um 5 rufende Muezzin ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das wussten wir auch vorher und ist natürlich kein Mangel. Die Bezahlung der Unterkunft ist nur in bar möglich, stellt aber kein Problem dar, weil nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ein Geldautomat steht.

it would have been nice to do a bit of tidy up ourselves but unfortunately there was no cleaning equipment on the property itself

"Wir haben das Haus sehr spontan gebucht, dennoch hat alles geklappt. Das Haus ist groß und wirklich schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleinere Problemchen, z.B. ging der Gasherd nicht, wurden sofort und problemlos repariert. Die verantwortliche Person war immer erreichbar, zuverlässig und engagiert."

Leider konnten wir die Garage nicht nutzen, da diese vollgestellt war.

There were cockroaches and termites in the villa which was not nice.

"Eine sehr persönliche Betreuung und sehr herzlich. Ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistubgs-Verhältnis. Unterkunft liegt fußläufig von einem UNESCO Kulturerbe entfernt."

"L'accueil de la propriétaire qui était présente et qui nous a fait faire le tour des lieux, l'accès à la piscine même si nous n'en avons pas profité hélas!!! et pour notre départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages sur place ce qui nous a évité de les avoir pendant la dernière journée."

Il serait bien qu'un minimum pour le premier petit déjeuner soit proposé ce serait top et peut être un peu plus de vaisselle comme on peut y être entre 4 et 6 personnes c'est un peu léger.
