"Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist schön mit vielen Pflanzen draussen und einem guten Badezimmer, aber das Beste war das tolle Personal – vor allem Aco! Er war total herzlich, immer gut drauf und hat von Wäsche über Ausflüge alles organisiert. Die Lage ist ein bisschen ausserhalb, aber mit dem Velo/Scooter ist das kein Problem."

"Wer einen ruhigen Ort zwischen Palmen und Bananen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Fahrräder können umsonst ausgeliehen werden, mit dem Roller ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten am Surfstrand. Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Männer vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich."

"The best spot to stay in Batu Karas, a perfect hidden gem. Set in a beautiful tropical garden the cottages are comfortable and very clean with a great hot shower. The whole team are exceptionally helpful, caring and friendly and made our two week stay brilliant. The breakfast is delicious and plenty of choice for vegetarian (for example; banana pancakes, veg mie goren or veg nasi goreng). Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Batu Karas."

"Our family room was ideal for the 5 of us, with the children taking it in turns to sleep up in the mezzanine bed! The bathroom was spacious, the shower hot, and the drying rack provided was perfect for hanging out all of our swim gear overnight. The communal area was nice to hang out and play cards, with tea, coffee and water available there. Breakfast was good, with 4 different options available, including banana pancakes which were a hit with the kids. The point beach was just a few minutes drive away - such a fantastic bit of coastline. I'd recommend the green river body rafting trip too."

"The place is amazing. Nice and quiet. The real treasure of this place was the staff! They helped us with everything we wanted/needed. They were always very happy and attentive and made sure that we were their first priority. We will miss them!!"

"The staff were incredible, truly. They went above and beyond to help with some personal issues I had and I will be forever grateful. Breakfast was room, the accommodation was excellent value, rooms spacious and location great. Staff great at helping to organise things too."
"Just the beds - for me personally, I found myself sinking into the bed and it caused me a lot of back pain. The rest of my family had no problem though- just me. Other than that one thing, everything was great."
