"Von allen Luxus-Ressorts auf Bali bietet das Raffles mit Abstand den höchsten „privaten“ Charakter. Die Villen haben räumlich genug Abstand voneinander, die Gäste werden von den Mitarbeitern ausnahmslos mit dem Namen angesprochen. Die Organisation und die Abläufe funktionieren reibungslos, das Butler-System vermittelt einen sehr hohen Servicegrad. Auch wenn das Frühstück aufgrund limitierter Kapazität hin und wieder etwas länger dauerte, hat insbesondere Wisnu im Restaurant mit seinem überragenden und freundlichen Service dazu beigetragen, dass wir jeden Tag sehr positiv gestartet sind."

"Der Tennisplatz ist kaum bespielbar und muss dringend saniert werden. Die Oberfläche ist brüchig, es gibt viele offene Stellen, die beim spielen auch gefährlich sein können. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Bälle waren leider uralt. Der Gebäudeteil der Reception und des Restaurants/Bar/Fitness-Ebene/Boutique wirkt etwas seelenlos. Es könnte auch der Eingang eines Robinson-Clubs sein. Funktionell,aber wenig Atmosphäre. Dies ist jedoch aufgrund der sehr schönen Villen auch verschmerzbar und nicht ausschlaggebend."

"We celebrated our 40th anniversary there and they went above and beyond! The Villas are very well appointed, beautiful, and the private pools are way bigger than most luxury hotels we stayed at prior to Raffles, including Bulgari Bali."

"Word can’t describe our feelings about Raffles Bali. A big thank you to Gaby and Seva, they were more than amazing, helpful and kind and also the whole team. The villa is so private and beautiful, so you can really enjoy the amazing view and relax and no one can see you or disturb you. The pool is very big and clean and also infinity. We even didn’t go the main pool. The garden, all facilities in the villa are everything that you need for your incredible holiday. The restaurants and the food are for a Michelin stars - the products that they use are organic, local and very selected. The wagyu,cocktails, desserts, home made ice cream..i can only speak the best for everything. Even the in room dining was full of attention to the smallest detail and the food is different compared to the other restaurant in the resort and very delicious as well. We hope to come back very soon and enjoy the best resort in Bali. Warm greetings to everyone!"
