"The location was stunning, right out in the mountains with a lovely (if lengthy) drive off the main roads. The views were amazing from pretty much every room. The house was warm, clean and spacious with everything we needed. We will definitely look at staying here again."

"Would have been nice to have more wifi (speed wise it's ok but it's capped per month, so no streaming). It wasn't a big issue for us as we brought our own entertainment, but might be a problem for some."

"The size and space of the house, the location with a picture window looking out over the peat bog and down to Donegal bay, the cleanliness and friendliness of the hosts and their knowledge about the location."

"Just a couple of things - there was no chopping board and there could have been a bath mat and a few more towels. We could have phoned and asked for these and I am sure they would have been provided but we didn't get round to it. It was a really lovely stay."

"House was exceptionally clean.Had every facility you would need for an enjoyable holiday.The house is a little remote so you can relax surrounded by nature yet only miles outside Donegal town.A good base for seeing around Areas in Donegal and so comfortable to relax in the evenings."

"Es ist eine ausgebaute Scheune. Schön rustikal und herrlich ruhig. Morgens kann man die Pferde hören und die Hasen über die Wiese hoppeln sehen. Beim morgendlichen Kaffee draußen, haben uns die Hühner gerne Gesellschaft geleistet. Ardfinnan ist zentral gelegen und wir waren innerhalb von 1 - 2 Stunden immer an unserem Ziel."

"Ruhiger und abgelegener Reiterhof. Geräumiges Loft. Idealer Startpunkt für Touren, Wanderungen, etc. im mittleren Süden. Der Pass The Vee liegt quasi direkt um die Ecke ;-)"

"Lovely little cottage 2 minute walk to Falcarragh shops, cafes, pubs and takeaways. 2 separate living areas, one with lounge and fire, the other part kitchen dining area. Rest of kitchen is like a butlers pantry in another room. Views from the dining area with the summer sunsets are absolutely beautiful if the weather is playing nice. We only met the host once who even offered to dry our clothes if needed and anything else needed. We enjoyed the privacy of the cottage to come and go as we pleased. There were only 2 of us. But the cottage would even suit two couples, friends or family with the 2 queen beds. Bathroom has shower only now, fresh and new. We stayed here almost 2 weeks and found it very central for all our touring and adventures. The Falcarragh beach is absolutely beautiful for late night summer walks when the sun does not set until 10pm. You can walk the few kms to get there, or drive a few minutes to start at beach."

"Thank-you very much to the lovely hosts for their warm welcome and hospitality. We had the most wonderful stay at the cottage. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the peaceful magical views each morning was truly special. The cottage itself is very cozy, comfortable and beautifully maintained. It felt like home away from home. Host brought me a home baked devious apple pie which was very thoughtful and kind. Would love to return someday."

"Wunderbares, vollständig eingerichtetes Haus in prima Lage. Toller Blick auf die Berge und zwischen den Bäumen durch auf eine Meeresbucht. Zu einem kleinen Steinstrand ca. 700m Fußweg. Bequeme Betten (2×3 im OG und 1x2im EG), 1 kleines WC/Dusche und ein größeres Bad mit Duschwanne und WC. Toller Wintergarten mit großem Esstisch und Sofa. Großer Garten. Ruhig, obwohl nach vorn an einer kleinen Straße, dem Wild Atlantic Way. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit der Housekeeperin. Immer wieder gerne!"
