"Aufgrund der vielen Reisegruppen wurden wir in einen extra Raum geführt zum Frühstücken. Dementsprechend hatten wir kein Buffet, sondern eine Karte und das Personal hat uns das Frühstück vom Buffet zusammengesucht. Die Bestellung mit den einzelnen Komponenten war aufwendig und es hat recht lang gedauert. Das Personal war jedoch sehr bemüht und freundlich und die Bestellungen wurden alle komplett und richtig gebracht."

"The hotel looks fabulous set to a background of the Kerry Mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was beautiful. We were there for a show in the INEC and that, also, was well done. I had a Disabled Access room and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever been in, from a wheelchair user point of view."

"Breakfast was very enjoyable and accommodated my gluten free request. There was a fabulous selection of food, either continental or cooked. The room was a comfortable size with tea facilities. The hotel is in a great location , within easy walking distance to the main street with popular bars and excellent restaurants. I would be more than happy to stay again."
