Parken könnte man in der Nähe aber es ist besser ohne Auto in Tel Aviv da viel zu viel Verkehr. Wohnung liegt günstig zu Fuß zu allem, was man sich so anschauen sollte in TA. "Good location near to Bus and light rail. Plenty to see locally and places to eat. The owner Shay is a genuine Guy who I met and made sure we were happy with the apartment and to give him a call if we needed anything. The apartment has the wow facter, Very modern, clean tidy and smartly decorated. Everything is available like extra linen, Nespresso machine, Iron and good TVs in both rooms.Bathroom had a good shower and plenty of hot water. We felt safe as the entry system was 1st class keyless with pin numbers to use. The locals are friendly and I found a convenient laundrete nearby to use which made the stay even better. I travel to Israel quite often and this apartment is my choice on my next visit!"

"Great location in the heart of Tel Aviv. Very spacious apartment, loads of storage space and a very comfortable bed. If you’re with a child plenty of space for them to play when in the room. Good bathroom with excellent shower (although it doesn’t drain very well!). Laundry services available at request was great with a baby. The breakfast included at the local cafe was delicious!"

"There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but just some things to note . It is up a flight of stairs with no lift so this was hard with the pram and all the suitcases. This wasn’t stated anywhere when booking. Very loud street at night so if you’re light sleepers bare this in mind. Some things for improvement - It is more like an Airbnb than a hotel and you don’t meet the owners. I did feel like we had to message many times for information about everything and weren’t given the information easily eg with breakfast . A welcome pack with all the information would have been better and more welcoming (it could include info such as - wifi, where breakfast is, laundry services, local area recommendations etc). The towels are TINY so if you’re taller or bigger than the average female I would say bring your own (hotel should provide bigger though!). There are no hooks anywhere in the bathroom or bedroom to hang towels or coats to dry - this would be an easy fix and make it better instead of hanging everything off chairs. Because it is a hotel there is no housekeeping so if you’re there for a while you won’t get fresh sheets or towels and this wasn’t offered to us!"

"There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property Only thing to be aware of - Thursday Friday Saturday the music club/ disco next door has late night gigs and the young people hanging outside the door make a lot of noise but stop around 2-3am!"

"This was my second time in the de picciotto suite. The last time i was in the blue suite and this time in the yellow suite. Both are fantastically equipped with everything you need. It is very clean and comfortable. You feel like you're at home. It is also in a great location. It's super practical that you can use the washing machine. The breakfast at Brew&Co, which is included in the price, was fantastic. The café is super cozy and I definitely recommend everyone to go there. I've been in a lot different Airbnb's in Israel but I've never had such a friendly and helpful host. Shay does an incredibly great job! If you are looking for a perfect place to stay, I can really recommend this place! 🫶🏻"

"The perfect getaway for couples that want to enjoy Tel Aviv! The apartment is beautifully designed with all required amenities, the host is very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is great - everything was beyond our expectations! We will definitely come back :)"

"We liked the size of the suite and of the bathroom, both very spacious, with big wardrobes and plenty of storage everywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was air conditioner which worked perfectly, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and pods, perfect for a caffeine fix. We also liked the fact that there is a laundry room, which is basically a washing machine AND a drying machine. Although we didn't meet the host in person, all instructions and communication were quite clear and fluid through WhatsApp and the booking.com messaging section. Breakfast was in coffee shops nearby, which were pretty good."

"Not that we didn't like it, just a thing to bear in mind is that the suite (yellow) is on a first floor (two flights of stairs) with no elevator. Perhaps not suitable for people with tons of luggage or other needs."
