Hilton Jaipur

"Good location but away from the very busy centre. A cheap auto journey to destinations around the city. Had a lovely friendly and welcoming feel. Room was comfortable and very clean. The pool and gym were great. Staff were all friendly and helpful"

"The breakfast service was a bit chaotic. Food was excellent and, having watched the staff, they were definitely all trying to do a good job but there seemed confusion of roles where managers were sometimes clearing tables rather than looking around and giving clear instructions. It meant that sometimes it took ages to get, for example, a teaspoon. It’s a minor problem and amused us rather than detracting from our stay. It looked like it is a training issue. Everything else was great and the staff were all really polite and helpful"

"Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Varity of food and very friendly staff"

"surrounding area of the hotel"

"Breakfast offered great options. The hotel was lovely and spacious with great facilities and a good location for the city and airport"

"The hotel transport was expensive, an Uber was a cheaper option"

"Hotel done to a very high standard with great spa and fitness facilities. Staff were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. Room was also very luxurious and well maintained with modern facilities."

"AC in the gym wasn’t the best but not bad enough to ever put us off from going again."

"All the perks of 5 star plus a bath! (I was there in January - it was cool). Had a great massage with Jyoti at the spa though a separate business I believe."

"Very few traditional Indian touches. Even the music in the breakfast restaurant was Western."

"Welcoming staff , comfortable rooms - good choice of bars & restaurants"

"N/A"

"The hotel was great and at a good location. The room was really nice and clean, and even if we were 3 in a double room it didn't feel cramped. The facilities were great and the buffet, both for breakfast and dinner, was amazing. A lot of options and amazing and helpful staff. In general our stay was great and everyone was very helpful, so I can't recommend it enough."

"Aucun."

"Location bang in the middle of the city, rooftop restaurant, cooperative staff, cleanliness"

"Something beyond the control of the hotel - outside noise"
