"Excellent beach resort. Closer to the beach with a separate entrance, enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every day of the stay. Staff is very friendly and sorted out every minor complaint that was raised. Tasty and elaborate breakfast. 'Smaak' restaurant staff needs a special mention for their prompt service. Room and private pool were neatly maintained all the days of our stay. Overall a very pleasant stay. Peaceful environment. Hope the resort maintains the same level of standards, wish to visit again. Good that there is also a covered parking and separate security deployed at the parking area which is opposite the main gate."

"Property was very neat and spacious. Access to a good beach. Villa stay had a private pool which was great. Food was very good and value for money."

"Buggy was not working during entry and also exit. We walked with infant all the way up and down. Buggy service was poor. Can include lunch or dinner also in the package as compliment. Can add more kids related activities."

"Property is situated infront of the beach so called private beach but entry is not allowed after 6pm. So If you are looking for some quiet time looking at beach post dark, it is NOT the place you should consider. Meal(Lunch/dinner) is separately billed @1475/- Rs PER PAX. Bar is not operational. There is nothing which defines history meeting with future."

"Overall it was good but NOT lives upto the expectations. Overpriced. In front of the beach is overrated as you can not go to the beach during summer in day time and it is closed after 6pm"

"Went over to Le Pondy with friends and family to celebrate my wife's birthday. Right from Checkin to checkout, the whole experience was excellent. Special mention of Bipin and his team at the restaurant and Abraham and his team at checkin. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Food was tasty and the services overall was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the 2 days we stayed in the property."

"The time from ordering to delivering at the room for room service can be a bit more faster. Also the property is to look into training of its restaurant and housekeeping staff, they appear that they need some training"

"The resort has such a serene natural beauty, well maintained. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet spread had lots of choices and were delicious. The staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay with the family. Would love to visit again."

"We enjoyed the large room sizes of the Presidential Villa. The rooms were clean and the furniture provided was excellent. The open air bathroom was also good and the shower had warm water at just the right temperature. The private pool was a joy to use. It is small but it was more than enough for us. The staff provided a larger swim tube for my wife and smaller swim tube for my daughter and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The public pool was also good. Food was quite good. Breakfast had many choices and the dosa counter churned out excellent dosas. W.r.t. lunch and dinner, French fries, Prawn dishes, Chicken Maryland, Chicken Nuggets etc. were crispy and very well made. The reception, housekeeping and room service staff were cordial and helpful. The beach just outside the property was one of the cleanest I've seen in India. I observed very little waste around the beach."

"Not much really but if they are looking to improve then i> W.r.t desserts we tried at lunch or dinner, the Blueberry Cheesecake dessert was poorly made i.e. there was zero cheesecake. Also, the dish appeared to be glazed with store bought jam. This really needs to improve. This was in stark contrast to the Kerala pudding dessert which was excellent. Also, the sausages served at breakfast weren't good but then, this did not affect us as there was so much variety at breakfast. ii> The regulator knobs for the fans in the games area above reception were missing. Also, I couldn't figure which switches controlled most of the fans. This should be fixed. At the very least, knobs should be provided. The pool table was covered but I did not bother to use it anyway. iii> This is purely my opinion and I stayed in the largest room the property had to offer but the price I paid for a 2 day stay was quite steep. Perhaps the regular room is what I would go for next time as the public pool is just as good."
