"A Great Stay with Exceptional Service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the staff who truly made my stay memorable. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist me when I requested a room change. Their helpful and friendly attitude was a highlight of my visit. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, with well-maintained spaces and a comfortable ambiance. The room was clean and cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. While the dining experience fell slightly below my expectations, other amenities were good and added to the comfort of the stay. I felt the value for money was fair, and I’d rate it a solid 3 out of 5 in that aspect. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. Families would enjoy it too, but I found it particularly suited to the needs of solo guests. The excellent service and welcoming staff make it a place I’d happily return to in the future."

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, der Aufenthalt war angenehm, das Personal hilfsbereit, selbst mitten in der Nacht (wir kamen sehr spät bzw. früh an) erhielten wir noch ein Getränk und Snacks an der Bar. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit ein Abendessen mit einem besonderen Koch am Pool einzunehmen, was sehr lecker war, aber auch das normale Hotelrestaurant bot ein abwechslungsreiches Essen in Buffet-Form an."

"Das Hotel ist sehr gut am Powai Lake gelegen, dadurch ist es etwas abgeschottet und ruhig in der lauten Stadt. Service okay und Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, am besten mit Seeblick buchen. Frühstück absolut ausreichend, große Auswahl an Optionen und auch westliche Gerichte."

"Location was good for us. Rail station and metro nearby. Found nice place to eat around the corner. Plenty of taxis etc. It was clean with good facilities. The room had everything we needed, air con, fridge, safe, lovely shower. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of staff to assist.as needed. We had a buffet dinner the first night, which was good. It had a bar. Not a 5 star hotel but good. Safety gates and staff, so very safe."

"This hotel was great for a couple of nights between flights. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy and the bathroom and shower superb- instant hot water and high water pressure. Toiletries were good quality. Staff were polite and the welcome warm and helpful. The food I ordered by room service was delicious and arrived quickly. Try the dal makini if you stay! I felt very safe in this hotel as a woman travelling alone. My phone stopped working and they fixed it straight away."

"Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und ruhig ausgestattet. Man hört kaum Flurgeräusche. Wasser wird jeden Tag neu gestellt und der Room-Service ist sehr flexibel , auch wenn man einmal um 11.00 Uhr noch im Zimmer arbeitet, wird das Zimmer bis zum Abend neu gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, man kann Büfett Essen oder sich z.B. einen Kaffee Latte oder Spiegeleier an den Tisch bringen lassen, de Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam."
