"Die Lage der Unterkunft hat Vor- und Nachteile. Es steht ein großer, sicherer Parkplatz hinter einem Stahltor kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Fußweg zu Bus und U-Bahn führt aber für ca 200 m entlang einer schmalen, viel befahrenen Straße und bedarf insbesondere nachts besonderer Umsicht. Das Zentrum Roms kann in ca 30 min erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, würde aber gewinnen, wenn das Restaurant wieder geöffnet würde, welches während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen war."

"Needs shelf bathroom and another in shower. TV needs to be hung on wall to free much needed table. Owner needs to complain with council to clean piled up rubbish skips and street leading to house. Simone was very helpful even held our luggage in his store after we checked out."

"I had a lovely big room, the shower was great. It has a country vibe even though it is in the city, it was nice to hear the birds singing in the morning. Vicenzo was very friendly on my arrival and explained transport options to me."

"It was a little far out from the many city but there are many ways to get there which all take about 40 minutes. Having said that it is great if you like mixing with the locals."

"The location was great, only 15 min away from the metro station. The room was clean, no disturbing from the outside, great view with the balcony only for us ! The host was really nice, and helpful. :)"

"Vicenzio is a great host, has a good energy and it is extremely helpful! Also the area is very quiet, close to the public transportation, but there is no city noise. The bathroom has windows and it's quite large. We had a fridge in the room and there is also a terrace outside, a small playground for those with children, an automatic machine for drinks and water."

"The photos showed on booking present very large rooms, a dining area/restaurant area for taking breakfast and unfortunately they don't serve breakfast since covid, and the room was tiny but comfortable, enough for 2 people. That was a bit disappointing with the breakfast, but we understood. Maybe they should remove those pictures so it's not misleading."
