"Wir hatten ein Beachfront, Beachview Zimmer im obersten = 2. Stockwerk mit Klima und Ventilator, was wir jedoch in der Nacht nicht verwenden mussten da wir die Balkontüre offen ließen. Vom Balkon hatte man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer, die Palmen und die schöne und saubere Frühstücksterrasse. Wir hatten wissentlich nur ein Zimmer gebucht aber und waren überrascht, dass auch ein sehr reichliches Frühstück inklusive war. Lediglich Eier waren extra zu bezahlen. Das Hotel veranstaltet auch Managercocktail und Beach Dinner (mit Musik) allerdings waren diese mangels schlechter Werbung nicht zahlreich besucht; dies war schade, denn das Personal und Management waren sehr bemüht. Weiters: Pool, Massageangebot, ein kleines Fitnesscenter, eine Bar, ausreichend Liegen, Schirme und Handtücher inklusive. Alles sehr schön in Schuss."

"Super Lage in der Mitte vom langen Beach und super nettes, aufmerksames und liebevolles Personal. Das Beachfront Zimmer ist super, weil man aufstehen und durch die Balkontür ohne Umwege zum Meer gelangt. Ich habe es geliebt ganz früh morgens ist der Strand sehr ruhig."

"Die Preise im Restaurant waren uns etwas zu hoch. Die Duschbrause ist in die Jahre gekommen und spritzt in alle Richtungen :) dadurch wird der Boden sehr feucht beim Duschen. Pepsi war dann leider aus und auch die Bananen beim Frühstück habe ich vermisst in den letzten Tagen."

"The hotel was lovely however the let’s downs * no entertainment in the evening on site * ⁠WiFi wasn’t working effectively and they had two systems on site * ⁠TV in the room wasn’t working either, neither was the cable TV For the nightly rate these items should be delivered to the customer."

The staff were superb and friendly however they were overworked and in need of a few more staff members to make this service run smoother and guests didn’t feel left out or waiting too long. I would’ve like to have seen more TLC of the garden areas which I think l make a huge difference on entering any hotel"
