"Sehr sauber, jederzeit konnte ich fragen stellen und mir wurde geholfen. Musste aus persönlichen Gründen verlängern habe am letzten Tag die Zeit überzogen nach 16:00 Uhr und man hat mich in ruhe gelassen, das war sehr nett vom Personal. Als ich es gemerkt habe auch gleich bezahlt. Würde jedem empfehlen dort zu übernachten."

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotel-Personal. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Amman. Nur 10 Minuten entfernt von der Rainbow Street, wo es viele Antik-/Schmuckläden und Cafes und Restaurants gibt. Außerdem befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Supermärkte, Bäckereinen etc etc."

The location is excellent — it’s close to all the major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm and helpful, but I especially want to thank the reception team and the hotel management. They were always professional, kind, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. For a 3-star hotel, the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amman and looking for good value, a great location, and exceptional service"

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for.
