The instructions for use were very clearly stated, so it was easy settling into the house that was spacious and situated in a very peaceful residential area. "Can be cold at night along the walkway from 1 end to the other as there is no heater. It is located in residential area so driving is slightly challenging. Needs to be creative with the way to park."
