"The large balcony with table and chairs having spectacular view; very comfortable bed with heating switch! The large size of room with inside bathrooms and dual vanities. The toilet was separated from shower by the dual vanity. The peaceful zebras and giraffes feeling comfortable enough to graze right outside our unit. The best part of the property was the staff! Our drivers/tour guides Moses and Moses, were the most knowledgeable teachers about the Maasai Mara wildlife, Victor, Saruni, Amos, Titus’ amazing table-side manner serving at every meal! Excellent crew that felt like family from the time they provided pickup at our Kichwa air strip arrival. We will definitely return and bring more family and friends to share in this spiritual experience!!"

"Das Hotel liegt in der Anlage Rafiki-Tamu. Der Pool ist sehr einladend und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel. Klimaanlage, vollausgestattet Küche, 2 Badzimmer und eine riesige Terrasse gehört zu der Unterkunft. Auf der Terrasse kann man abends gemütlich was trinken, Musik hören oder einfach nur entspannen. Die Unterkunft wird jeden Tag von Maggy sauber gemacht und Sie bereitet das Frühstück vor. Sie ist praktisch die persönliche Servicekraft. Eine sehr liebenswerte und vor allem hilfsbereite Frau. Hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und hat sogar mit M-Pesa (kenianisches Bezahlsystem) für uns etwas bezahlt. Die Lage ist ganz gut. In der Nähe ist einen Supermarkt. Wer aber Alkohol kaufen will, wird dort nichts finden. Alkohol gibt es nur im Blue Marmalade. Mit einem Tuk-Tuk oder Motorradtaxi ist der Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen. Der schönste Strand in Watamu (Garoda Beach) ist mit dem Motorrad ca. 10 min erreichbar. Die Fahrt kostet ca. 500 Ksh."
