Dream Resort

"Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer Bungalow. Das Bungalow ist gross und modern, an zentraler Lage. Das Bad ist einfach aber das Warmwasser funktioniert. Klimaanlage auch. Dadurch das es etwas zurückgesetzt ist hatten wir keine Probleme mit dem Lärm der Musik. Man kann direkt einen Roller an der Reception bestellen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Receptionist ."

"Ich habe in dem Bungalow 02 auf Koh Rong übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist hanglagig, aber dennoch eine gute Lage. Beim Betreten des Zimmers sind mir zunächst Flecken auf der Bettwäsche aufgefallen. Nach Rückmeldung an das Personal wurde mir freundlich erklärt, dass diese Verfärbungen vom früheren, braun/rot gefärbten Wasser stammen und eher wie Rostflecken aussehen. Für mich war das nachvollziehbar und ich hätte es dabei belassen – aber den Mitarbeitern war es ein Anliegen, die Bettwäsche sofort auszutauschen. Das fand ich sehr aufmerksam und zeigt, wie engagiert und serviceorientiert das Team ist. Das Bungalow selbst war süß und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit tollem Service – ich würde wiederkommen!"

"Because we were guest from the hotel we were able to rent a scooter without leaving our passport as a deposit, this is amazing! Rooms are super clean, spacious and quiet! The guy at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Just accrocs the street from the beach. Fridge in the room is convenient."

"Location, close to the pier They obliged my request of giving room not at the height, because of the kid and stroller with us. Provided the early check-in. The roomm was cleaned daily. AC was good and hot water available all the time in shower."

"The shower was hard to use as it didn't point downwards. A rain shower would be much better. Also communal families non existent due to upgrading hence no bar no restaurant etc just a room currently. Lots close by though. Staff were very nice indeed."

"Comfy, large clean bed, modern complex, lovely helpful staff, additional laundry service which smelled great! Also had a bidget outside the property to clean any sand off feet."

"Could hear music quite loud from a bar on the beach till 1am, but this isn’t the resorts fault. Rooms could do with repainting but aside from this a wonderful stay."
