"Die Lage des Guesthouses und die Zimmergröße waren gut. Das angeschlossene Delux Hotel, in dem man den Pool benutzen kann, ist ca. 150 m entfernt."

"An der Rezeption war nur eine Person, die englisch sprach. Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers wird bei jedem Verlassen des Hotels an der Rezeption per Sicherungsschalter ausgestellt. Wenn man das Zimmer im dritten Stock hat, ist es gut das vorher zu wissen, da es keinen Aufzug gibt."

"This was my second stay of 13 nights at the Lux Guesthouse; last time was in February 2024. Was allocated Room 3001 initially, but the air conditioner wasn't working. Was moved into 3002 which was a better room as it had a double bed and a single. I used the single to lay out my belongings as there is no wardrobe. Large room and good bathroom. Room was serviced about 7 times this visit. Love the access to the swimming pool at the Villa Lux Hotel."

"The marble staircase with wooden banister is the fist thing to catch your eye, then the wood statues and art work, the corner rooms are oddly shaped but large, huge comfortable bed, aircon and fan, the room comes with all necessities, staff good, great pool, location good with near by restaurants, staff was good, great value for money."

"In Battanbang for a 2 week volunteer project at Bospos. Chose Lux Guesthouse as an alternative to last year's stay. Had a bigger, more spacious room. Clean facilities. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked. Didn't use TV or bar fridge, but assumed they worked. Used the pool at the Lux Villa, 50 meters up the street. booked for another 2 weeks next year. Close to market, ATMs, money changers, restaurants."

"Room not serviced on 3 days out of 12, so no complimentary water those days, though I did help myself to the cleaners trolley. As others have said, no lift and I had 83 steps to the 4th floor; made me fitter."

"Pool was great. Location is walking distance to most things. Room is big. Fridge was working ok. Tuk Tuk aways available outside the door at a fair price. Cleaning was good."

"The staff are ok and friendly. Not always proactive but then they don't earn much either. Helpful when asked."
