"Lage war gut, viele shops bars und restaurants in der nähe, ebenso ca 300 m Fussweg von der UBahnstation"

"Die Fenster waren klein und nicht gegen Lärm geschützt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr hellhörig. Aus dem Badezimmer kam sehr starker Kanalisationsgestank, ebenso hatte es Schimmel. Der Kühlschrank lärmte die ganze nacht. Auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme zur Bemängelung der Umstände wurde nicht reagiert."

"Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen. Die Deckenlampe im Bad nur notdürftig repariert, die Armaturen im Bad verrostet. Das Bett sah verwahrlost aus."

"We arrived a little early and the place is the kind where they send you the code at the set time of the check-in, in our case it was 4 pm. So I found the phone number and texted the owner and he lets us put our luggage in the vicinity, which was nice. The place was in an excellent location and the rooms were exactly as pictured. They put every tool in the room including multiple electric dividers and even mobile charger with cable included, which came in very handy. The shampoo and condtioners in the bathroom were from a good brand and not generic like most places. The place was neat and excellent value for money!"

"Unfortunately, the room was not clean, and the linen and towels were visibly dirty. Sleeping under those conditions was uncomfortable, and I had to leave early after a restless night. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation."

"Wasn’t very clean behind bed and shower/toilet. Very dusty on TV which didn’t even work. Small room for two people and bagage. Only one small duvet and small bed for 2 friends. No natural light. Very dark, and lights very bright in the evening."

"There is massive work on the ground floor, we were waking up by drilling machines at 7:30... The first day, we woke up without electricity. The manager only came mid afternoon to fix it.. the accommodation is located in a very noisy street and we could hear absolutely everything even with the window closed.. I would not recommend to stay there"
