"Wir wurden in der 8. Etage untergebracht und der Ausblick war einfach phenomenal.. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Jino (so möchte er genannt werden) hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps unsere Reise angenehmer gestaltet."
"Das Hotel ist leider etwas altmodisch eingerichtet und Frühstück war dort auch nicht möglich. Zur Sauberkeit kann ich sagen, dass es ok war. Die Teppiche und Fenster könnten auch eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen. Wir konnten zwar über das Drahtseil an der Fensterseite lachen, aber im Notfall hätten wir es wohl nicht damit riskiert uns abzuseilen, dafür war mir die Halterung nicht sicher genug."

"The location was great. Most of the staff were great. Easy access to public transport/metro, about 5/10 minutes walk. Some options nearby for food. Great view and a quiet location. Really good if you need to get some work done at times like I did. I would definitely stay again - but that cleaning, though... They have to fix that!"
"It was mega dusty at times, though, and no matter how many times I asked for a deep clean, I did not get one. The cleaners spent about 5 minutes cleaning the room and would only vacuum if you asked for it. There was a stain on a glass that was there from the day I arrived until I left, I kept asking them to clean but it was never touched. I was there for a month so I know what I mean about cleaning. So dusty! Yet would not hoover the carpet. It was the only downside to what would have been an exceptional stay. At one point, I had to go ask for cleaning stuff to do it myself, as it was making me feel sick. Guess you can't have everything."
